Website: https://keepstake.io
Archive: https://web.archive.org/web/20181109014758/https://keepstake.io/

A few days ago, I have seen an airdrop of KeepStake. They reward 1 KPSK ~ 1 ETH to participants. Hunters are just required to fill email and ETH address to claim token. I also saw many airdrop promotions. I think it should be stoped.

This is about their project:

They announced that ICO finished and collected ~ $ 55 million:

ICO ended in Feb 2018

But, their ICO website is 1 months age???

https://domainbigdata.com/keepstake.io

Look at their team:

Wow, 2 well-known ICO reviewer/advisor, look like reliable project. BUT there is no relating information about KeepStake in whole team's LinkedIn profiles.

Simon Kim - Simon Seojoon Kim - https://www.linkedin.com/in/seojoonkim/
Jason Chih - Jason Hung - https://www.linkedin.com/in/jasonhung-earth/
Liew Ling - Faith (Hui Ling) Liew - https://www.linkedin.com/in/hui-ling-liew-faith/
Faisal Khan - Faisal Shehzad khan - https://www.linkedin.com/in/faisalshehzadkhan/

Almost 10 months after ICO "succeed". But I cannot find out KeepStake smart contract and KPSK token address  Huh

Check their Twitter: https://twitter.com/keepstake_io

They can run ICO without any promotions and even almost reached hard cap.

Let's check their Whitepaper:

I strongly recommend you keep away this project and warn to your friends.

I also received this email and didn't think that this is from an approved project (supposed). I don't expect that they use fake profiles for the team or even may be involved in more scammy projects.
Nice catsh. Thanks for keeping the community informed about those bastards.

Simply nothing adds up about their site.

OP did a great job of analyzing their entire site, and sure enough, they turned out to be a scam.

They were quite creative in the way which they did their scam, which could have led to a ton of damage for anyone that tried to claim the airdrop. Instead of actually conducting a scam ICO, they made a fake airdrop instead which sent emails to participants which included a phishing link to a fake myetherwallet site. Scary stuff if you're not careful.

But all the signs of a typical scam are present, here. A plagiarized whitepaper, most likely fake team, you name it. That's why careful research should always be taken before investing.
