As for holding and trading, traders are great but it is a difficult job. As for holding, nothing difficult in it 

slight correction, holding is difficult specially if you had waiting for so long and You've bought your holdings in a more expensive price than it is today. I have a friend who bought bitcoin in 2017 when it was $18k and every time he comes to check the market price he's having a heart attack  . So i bet holding is not an easy job for everyone.

holding can be very difficult and heartbreaking, but selling at a ridiculous loss rate is also heartbreaking.
So i think for every investors at over 80% loss, there is need to remain strong and hodl off the bearish state no matter how long it takes.

Whether you choose to hodl or to trade is indeed a personal choice. But I think it would be more important that you know the pros and cons of your decision. Hodling requires you less effort but I think trading would give you more rewards if done properly. But the process and activities in trading are more tedious and complicated.

I don't agree with you, keeping it for a long time is very difficult from a moral point of view. Especially when you see that your funds are decreasing.

Exactly. When you're funds didn't returned from your first investment amount. Like you are hodling and keeping it like so many months, even a year just to have a small profit isn't an easy thing. Try to buy at your own risk and then it unexpectedly dropped down like there is a little chance for it to go up easily.

It is a race, and to be in the track you need to have the mentality to take risk. Without this it isn't possible to get good return out of it. Another important factor is the patience, everyone expect to make a quick earning out of cryptocurrency which isn't fair all the time. Very few might be lucky to get it. Thinking of the one who invested at $19k one can understand the the real risk and the need of patience to overcome the same.

Those who have bought at $19,000 it's not the end of your world. And to those that haven't sold at $19,000 there's still enough time for you to get back on it. What we have to do is to believe in this market depending on the value of the coins that you hold.

I am still sure that we would see a lot of upcoming bullish trends and those people that have bought BTC for 19-20k USD will be able to get profit. The launch of Bakkt exchange should provoke the market to increase.

I think that bakkt launching is not enough, but there will be many more different positive events like ETFs, halving, custody solutions, institutional players incoming, official releases of second layer solutions, TON release... There will definitely be another wave of hype.

some people who saw the trend of the market, back then in 2018, have decided to act fast, by selling their coins very early and using the fund to trade. When it comes to holding crypto currency coin or token for the long term; it requires a thorough research and it’s not entirely profitable to hodl altcoins for years (atleast not all)

So simply focus on blockchain tokens like bitcoin, etherum, waves , neo etc if you want to hodl for a long time

Lucky if someone who understands about chart analysis of price movements continues to recognize cryptocurrency because they will clearly know the closest predictions about crypto prices. Although all decisions whether selling or buying are the absolute decision of the coin holders.

Crypto market is a free market, this is why we like it. It is up to you if you want to buy on high and then HODL long term
 and wait for years to be break even, nobody will stop you in that. It is your own decision.

I disagree with your thinking because no one is forced to buy or invest in anything! I should always wonder if when someone is here, you must minimally assume and understand the word 'risk'! Basic technical analysis is so simple and useful that it will provide you with good inputs or even outputs, there is no secret! If you use the BTC or any other ALT, there is no reason to worry about pricing.
