I won a contest for a free $40 BTC package from eyelinetrading.com. On October 12th, 2018 my package was purchased for me and was given log in credentials. I changed my password the same day and then upon attempting to log in to my account a week or so later, I was not be able to log in. I contacted support because I was not able to log in, and I also was not receiving emails from the Eyeline Trading. I was then given my original password by support and had to give them a new email address for my account. Strange that a company would have access to see my actual password and the ability to reset my password from the site but Eyeline Trading cannot figure out how to send the reset password email. This means the customer service department (MARIA) has access to ALL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. Just to get my password from the Eyeline Trading customer support (MARIA) took nearly a week. Then when I went to log in to my account with the password provided by customer support (MARIA) I was greeted with "account locked”. I contacted customer support (MARIA) only to be told that my account is NOT locked but purged due to not enough BTC being sent to the address for the account. I was told by customer support (MARIA) to send more BTC to the address which had already been sent $40.24. Why would I send more BTC when the appropriate amount was already sent and I can't login to the account... Then I am received this email from customer support (MARIA)
"Dear Distributor: Your account has been associated by you or your sponsor with someone known to fraudulently and actively act in a manner that defrauded the company. If you wish to maintain business with Eyeline, we recommend severing ties with your sponsor and signing up as an independent distributor. We actively monitor and research all claims and will be glad to help where we can, however the accounts that were blocked cannot be unlocked due to their direct involvement with a member who purposefully perpetrated acts of fraud associated with your account. Kind Reagards, Eyeline Customer Service Team"
It has gone back and forth from there with them basically investigating fraudulent activity on accounts... How can I defraud the Blockchain? How long does it take for a company to refund money to a person that has paid? If you look at the highlighted statement above, customer support (MARIA) is saying that this account had nothing to do with any fraud because Eyeline Trading still wants me to be an independent distributor for them!! What gives? FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!
Their site also states "It is important to understand that in an affiliate plan that offers a crypto trading package, the money that comes in can go towards trading, or operations and commissions; however, the same money can’t go into both. Funds are not pooled."
You can see that this is complete BS by simply following where the funds that were sent for my package went… A POOLED ACCOUNT!!!
