Original account hacked, help me return access to my account

Hello, I need a help. My account was hacked February 11, 2018. Hacker has changed my password and email address in my profile. My forum username Mento. I still have not received help, so I am writing here.

I sincerely hope for help. The account "sahash" will be closed by me after the account recovery (I am against multi-accounts). If I do not get help that I ask, I undertake not to cause any further concern on this issue.

You can wait, it can be months or even years. For your info, currently, the situation of account recovery is the worst. I don't think you are getting back your account sooner.
Anyway, soon there may be an automated way to recover hacked account, the system is being developed, afaik. That's what I have seen hilariousandco to say.

You should probably just wait and hope that theymos implements the automatic recovery tool which he said should be ready by the end of the year, because your account just realistically isn't going to be recovered otherwise unless cyrus mysteriously starts to restore them or more staff are given access to do so.

I can concur most similar cases I know are waiting for over a year to recover their account.
Best you can do until the recovery feature is implemented is using your "new" account.

This is really tough and I hope theymos or cyrus will do something about it really soon.

It hurts so much but all you can do is wait until maybe something is done about. I also had my old account compromised. I rushed here to have it recovered but gave up when I saw a number of people requesting for accounts to be recovered in vain, some cases as old as 1 year.
Almost gave up on the community, the feeling of starting over again was depressing
