He is a skilled IT person from Finland (not sure of if he is strictly a programmer, engineer or whatever) which spent a while in the Xtreme Overclocking communities and is a well known overclocker but recently made is way to litecointalk.

I think he quit overclocking because of financial reasons but I'm sure he's made a huge amount of money from crypto donations now which is nice to see.
His dropbox was wiped out last month. If you are looking for his BIOS'es he is going to re-upload them but it will take some time.
It quite surprised me to see him join cryptocurrency communities, but it's not much of a surprise really considering his knowledge and talent that he would jump on such an opportunity. I'm pretty sure he was struggling a little in getting a solid job.
