I was a former employee of SocialRemit and OkayMoney Transfer. I was hired as a freelancer originally, then made employee for a short lived time, to work on the web design aspect. I am responsible for the PHP scripts for the page localisation system, most of the site structure today, and the styling for the pages. Leonardo Reyes, the owner, seemed friendly at first, but then refused to pay me for work I did, and called most of it "shit." He fired me and proceeded to keep the changes I had made and even tried to dispute via PayPal the last (out of the 2 out of the  4 payments I should have received) payment he had sent.

Grigory is a real person, using a fake photo. Probably a fake name, too. But he is not Eugene Ramirez. He is from the Russian Federation. Leonardo lives in London, originally from Spain. Me, I'm from the United States, and honestly, glad to be far away from the second worst professional experience of my life.

Ms. Autumn , you were fired because you did not fulfill your obligations and hired another company that could do in 15 days what you could not in 30 days.
You were left with the administration keys because we intended to give you a second chance we understood that you were going through a difficult but instead of doing things right, the last thing you try
was sabotaging the project by changing the name of our general chat by PORNHUB

-Refining the last payment.
WAS PAYED,
The problem was that YOU DID NOT WANT to be paid as a SERVICE. I wanted the payment as FRIENDS and, as a company we are we pay our employees as EMPLOYEES, not as friends
And you refused several times to take the payment as a service.
Then everything else is a lie and a gossip.
- As far as Mr. Wazin is concerned, he is a good programmer and I know him personally by traveling to Russia to meet him in September and he is a good person
I recommend it for anyone who needs a very professional and serious programmer.

instead of calling by phone or sending an email or visiting us in London, but of course, it is easy to say falsehoods about projects or people when you hide your face and find yourself behind a computer screen
Ethics ICO little professionalism

Even so, in our PRE-ICO almost 2 million dollars were collected and we have one of the largest AIRDROPs databases. Wink Wink

Good afternoon

My name is Esteban Campmany legal advisor of the company SOCIALREMIT BLOCKCHAIN NETWORKS with offices in the United Kingdom, the United States and Spain.

Before your accusations that our company is a SCAM and fraud I allow myself to inform you of the following points:

1. Our company is legally incorporated and registered in the aforementioned countries.

2. Our website is always online except in cases of logical content updating or in
the cases of IP concealment by web visitors. Okay Money Transfer together with Stock 1 Wise are the two projects of Socialremit each with its own website and in no case has it been
derived the connection between them.

3. Grigory Wazin is part of our project and your photograph will be removed from our website and rating companies. We can not be held responsible for the photos and links of the people on Linkedin, even though we mention this incident and ask for your forgiveness.

4. In the next few weeks we will have the permission granted by the SEC to operate in the United States that gives us the STO qualification.

For all this, I am kindly requesting you to withdraw the comments made in bitcointalk in which we are classified as SCAM.st

I am asking you in a friendly way to proceed to eliminate the comments and accusations made. What will be your credibility when we publish in bitcointalk the SEC certificate that qualifies that our company meets all the legal requirements?

That is why I inform you that if within 30 days you have not withdrawn these accusations and deleted this post, our lawyers will proceed to sue your company and the people who have defamed us.

Best regards
Esteban Campmany

What happened to www.socialremit.com ? why is it offline?

You knew that your employee used a fake image. Why did you allow that to proceed and to be posted on YOUR website?

This is a very deceptive practice used by scammers.

Can you provide a video of your team members?

here you can see images of the team and the archived website:

Good morning

Unfortunately you are skipping the legal principle of presumption of innocence with absolutely weak evidence to justify that our company is a SCAM.

I must tell him:

1. The SocialRemit website has never stopped working, although I did indicate that access to users suspected of launching boot attacks to our registry system has been restricted.

2. Regarding the false photo of a person of our team, we have proceeded to remove said photograph and their data have been left since said designer wants and legally can protect their image and not authorize its web publication.

3. Do you request a video from our team? Amazing. Companies like yours believe that someone important with the ability to ask for evidence and sometimes money for not defamation. No, we will not provide any video of our team, because throughout the month of January-February we will provide the permits of the government entities that empower us to operate and along with those permits a demand for defamation to those responsible for your company.

Therefore, as the legal representative of SocialRemit, I inform you and request:

1) We have already started the contacts to know the name of the company and legal persons behind ICO ETHICS information that, as you know, is completely hidden under an administrative contact called THE ENDURANCE INTERNATIONAL GROUP.

Our names and data are on the web susceptible to be defamed by companies like yours, your hidden data after a screen company, and on a website that does not meet the minimum standards that guarantee the protection of personal data.

Who is the darkest here? While we provide our data and we can be sued in case of fraud, you hide all your data.

No problem, with money, lawyers and patience we will obtain them to present the demand, be you anywhere in the world from Greenland to Africa.

2) I recommend that you be prudent and withdraw the accusations made. Throughout the months of January - February in this same web we will provide government permits to operate and then it will be too late to avoid the demand.

Prudence friends of ICO ETHICS is always a good traveling companion and avoids later dislikes.

I wish you a Happy New Year

Someone has archived site 3 times between 6 Aug 2018 and 12 Dec 2018 and as you can see, on August, 6. http://web.archive.org/web/20180806000527/http://socialremit.com/ blockchain advisor used picture of some random guy, on December, 12. http://web.archive.org/web/20181212075713/http://socialremit.com/ the picture was still there.

Are you trying to say that you wasn't aware that your advisor used fake picture, which means you don't know who your blockchain advisor is (it can be 10 year old kid as far as I am concerned)?

Or, you knew that your blockchain advisor used fake picture, which means you lied to investors showing something which is not true?

Leonardo,

Your reply to my post on here shows the very low level of professionalism and social tolerance your company demonstrates. Outing a transgendered employee, while not even bothering to use proper English in your post. Years later, people are going to see this and realize just how backward your mission is. It's not social progression, it's corporate greed.

Estaban,

I don't know what Leonardo is threatening you with, but believe me, he cannot force you to do anything, let alone sue a forum. How can you sue a forum with no legal entity? There's no grounds, people are speaking the truth that there was a false photo used, you accept these claims and instead of apologizing you simply threaten to sue.

Oh, and for the website, I did make an entire translation system. What's up with some things being in Spanish when they should be in English? Tongue

They sent emails making threats and also post more threats on this thread. Their Chinese employee living in Russia stole the identity of a US Citizen and now they are expecting the justice system to be on their side. LOL.  So far they refused to answer questions here and provide a valid video of their team.
Did their Legal team ask the FTC about the rules/laws and punishment for stealing someone's identity? We did contact the FTC and made a report for you, and if you need to verify give them a call at: (202) 326-2222, just tell them who you are, and what you did.

NOW please answer at least these questions:

for ExSocialRemit
What does a transsexual have to do and not do his job well?

At SocialRemit, many people work with religions and different sexual preferences and we are very proud of having LGBT people in our team and also of different races and religions.
We know that the origin of this false accusation comes from you.
Remember that when you were fired, you threatened to ruin the project by telling lies if PayPal did not pay you as a friend instead of an employee.
Threatened to talk to different users of youtubers to defame.
and you changed the logos of our channels for logos of pornographic companies.
All translations on the website were made by an Indian company.
BECAUSE EVERYTHING HE DID, MADE IT BAD
and everything was changed
If you want to see the bills you can ask Esteban.
and regarding our complaint to ICOEthics.
Since when do you know so much about international laws?
If you have not entered the university.
What happens if you know the laws because you asked us to pay you as a friend instead of as an employee?
And why did you commit corporate sabotage if you know it's illegal?
And I repeat, we know that the origin of all this is false.
The only thing you did not have the courage to do it yourself.
Surely to avoid legal problems or with your father.

In the first place, nobody in our company has threatened anyone.
We only ask to eliminate the false accusation.
created by ICOEthics and if it does not, we will go to court.
You never said that the programmer stole the photo from someone else.
You said we're a scam because our team is fake.
You never wrote to us and asked us what was wrong with that programmer.
Because it is not intended to help justice or investors, but if you intend to create traffic for your website and create controversy and damage to the projects.

Unlike you, we DO NOT have the information about our anonymous web and we do not hide behind a nickname.
We are real people who are working and you are trying to ruin the work of others to get web traffic and level up in this forum.

As for our Chinese freelancers
is not an employee hired directly from the company, he is a Freelance hired by an external company
He passed the KYC of that company and has a good reputation.
In addition, he explained his situation regarding China and the ICO.

As our Chinese freelance contracted through another company, the other company will be asked to be responsible

If Mr. Wazin stealing the identity of another person is the responsibility of the staff because he is Freelance.

does not have any position in the company beyond a programmer and an independent blockchain expert
And I repeat that Mr. Wazin is a good person.
We have been working with him for a year
And he is always punctual with his work and honest
and his work is clean.

I have no doubt that he is a serious person because we have tested him more than once and he has always done a good job.

Mr. Wazin is an advisor and one of our independent programmers.

Our attorney from the United States called
to the FTC (FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION )
And there's nothing about us, so you keep lying ICOEthics.
Apart from the fact that the government is closed in the United States for weeks, we do not know where I denounce with the government closed
ICOEthics is still lying
When you have time send us the information.

and I repeat it is a personal matter of Mr. Wazin and he should correct his personal problem because it is Personal and we only limit him from the Team.
In Socialremit we are not judges to judge anyone.
You, ICOEthics, I see that if you are a judge, you even ask that because we believe that Mr. Wazin is a good person

Nor have we sold anything to customers in the United States because we are waiting for our permission from the SEC for the STO, the FTC has nothing to do with us.

Regarding our records.
We have all the constitution records of the company in the United States, the United Kingdom and Spain.
And SEC documentation to operate in the United States waiting for it.
Any document you need can be requested by email: estevez@socialremit.com

If something I am 100% sure is that you are not a 100% honest and good person, unlike Mr. Wazin.

It's strange that you do not want to show your face and have all your anonymous data in the records of your website.
So why should we answer the questions of an anonymous person who has no legal power in any country to force us to question anyone or to force us to send them videos of our team.
we are willing to pass a KYC anywhere
But we would like to know who you are.
If he tells the truth because he hides to defame?

and remember that if you do not correct your false accusation we will see you in the courts
It does not matter if it hides behind the nickname.
and you have your website anonymous
or try to blame us for the action of an independent worker that we hire through another company and concentrate all their efforts on calling the FTC to investigate us.

And that's why we do not ask you for legal responsibility.

If Mr. Wazin did something illegal, he as an adult should be responsible for his actions
and you as an adult must also be responsible for your acts
because he committed illegality by saying that we are swindlers
without any proof or claim from any customer for fraud

so we hope that you delete the publication and if you want to talk to Mr. Wazin you can search on LinkedIn and tell him that he is going to complain about the use of a photograph of another person.

Stop bothering our company and look better for a lawyer

We have nothing to do with what Mr. Wazin did or with the FTC.
Nor do we have to answer questions of value to a person who does not show his face.

1- Can you provide government permits now?
All documents of the records of our company can be requested by email estevez@socialremit.com
You can also see it here.

https://wyobiz.wy.gov/business/FilingDetails.aspx?eFNum=033229226210056106240228170142222202098007254216

https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/11204680

Everything related to the SEC we are waiting for the documents.
We can provide the information of the lawyer who is working with that in the United States.

2-Are you trying to say that you did not know that your advisor used a false image, which means you do not know who your blockchain advisor (can be a 10-year-old child, as far as I'm concerned)?
Or, did you know that your blockchain advisor used a false image, which means that he lied to investors by showing something that is not true?
We talk about that programmer
We have several advisors and programmers.
Mr. Wazin has several employees in Russia.
and in China
When I met with him, I realized he was an Asian and I asked him about the photo and he told me that he was an employee and that he used the employee's photo for the Chinese laws against the ICOs.
We work in our Airdrop with a Chinese company and we know how delicate is the issue of ICOs in that country.
We did not realize that he was not an employee of the
when ICOEthics told us
Mr. Wazin is an external employee hired through a company of Freelancers, with previous KYC and many positive comments about the good quality of their work because they distrust them?
3 How do you know he is a good person?
We are not here to issue a value judgment on any internal or external employee or client of our website
Mr. Wazin has been working with us for a year.
he had never failed us with anything
Punctual with his work, honest work and good quality.
Sometimes we pay you before you start and complete
Nowadays the external programmers who pay you first in many cases do not do the work and they rob you
With Mr. Wazin, that does not happen.
so for us he is a good person
Personally we do not know how it will be at home.
But everything about work is a good person.

4 Are you an advisor or programmer?
He is one of our advisors and programmers.
He has many employees
We hire him regularly because his team works fast and well.

Many of the improvements to the project were recommended by him and his team.
Although in many cases ended up creating another team.

Mr. ICOEthics would like us to inform us about the photograph, but we believe that it is EXTREME GENERALIZE and say that we are a scam because an independent professional made an error.

Because it is not intended to help justice or investors, but if you intend to create traffic for your website and create controversy and damage to the projects.

Again, you are wrong.
The first headline posted on November 25th was: Re: Socialremit & OkayMoney Transfer- SCAM - FAKE TEAM - stealing people's identity
Did you see any link on the post to ICOEthics website? We don’t promote ICOEthics website and we are not hereafter money or web traffic.
Search for the web traffic for ICOEthics website and you will find out how many visitors per day. That will prove to you that ICOEthics is not looking for website traffic. Neither to damage the image of any real project. We are here to help expose ico’s projects with fake members, plagiarized whitepaper, etc...

Good afternoon
My name is Esteban Campmany legal advisor of the company SOCIALREMIT…
~
For all this, I am kindly requesting you to withdraw the comments made in bitcointalk in which we are classified as SCAM.st

When you sent the message above on December 19th, on the same day we did remove the word scam from the post and changed the headlines to:
Re: Socialremit & OkayMoney Transfer- FAKE TEAM member- stealing people's identity (Dec. 19th).
And we changed again to be more specific to the adviser “Socialremit - Adviser with fake picture - stealing people's identity
We made a post asking you a few questions that any investor would.
We did remove the word SCAM as you requested,  NOT because you made a threat (see below), but because you responded to the accusation, and there was just 1 team member.

~
That is why I inform you that if within 30 days you have not withdrawn these accusations and deleted this post, our lawyers will proceed to sue your company and the people who have defamed us.a

Now as far as your threat, you cant sue icoethics website, there is nothing there about this thread. And as you “kindly” requested us to remove the word SCAM, it was removed since you explained the situation. But now you are asking to delete this thread?  it should stay here for records. You can ask a moderator, they can delete for you, and in case they dont, good luck suing this forum.

~If Mr. Wazin stealing the identity of another person is the responsibility of the staff because he is Freelance.
~…And I repeat that Mr. Wazin is a good person
~...and his work is clean.
~…I have no doubt that he is a serious person…
~...Mr. Wazin is an advisor and one of our independent programmers.

So, here you assume the staff is responsible, which falls back to your company.
We dont think a good person, a serious person, with a clean work wouldn’t be stealing someone’s identity.

Our attorney from the United States called to the FTC (FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION )
And there's nothing about us, so you keep lying ICOEthics.
Apart from the fact that the government is closed in the United States for weeks, we do not know where I denounce with the government closed

This thread was created on November 25, 2018, we report identity theft most of the time.
If they haven’t processed the information sent, they will when they get back from the shutdown.
And I never said under whose name the accusation was made.

~
It's strange that you do not want to show your face and have all your anonymous data in the records of your website.
~
If he tells the truth because he hides to defame?

We don’t need to show our face, we are not selling or promoting anything. But you do need to show your face and the face of your team. You should had been honest from day 1, but you decided to let your employee use a stolen image from the internet by allowing it to be posted on your website. While it could had been posted anonymously on your website, by using his picture as a dog, a pig, a computer screen, a shadow, blank, etc. But you allowed him to use a stolen identity.

We are not here to defame, we are here to help to identify scams.

No one in the company will waste more time with you because we are working for our users and you are not our user and we do not want it to be.
and neither is it any legal institution
So we do not have to give any explanation.

there is a mail and a claim phone
for our users and investors
Ask about everything about the company.
or request documents related to our administration and in a few months we have an audit.

about the FTC
stop lying that there is no record of anything
And if he really did, tell us the number or file so we can deliver it to our lawyer.
so you can contact them again
To give you all the information about this freelance.
to enforce the law

and regarding the programmer.
Here nobody directly from the company lied to anyone.
Mr Wazin He said he was an employee of his development team.
STOP LYING SAYING THAT THE COMPANY KNEW IT WAS A PHOTOGRAPH OF SOMEONE AGAIN TO THE PROJECT

At the moment THAT YOU informed us of what happened, they removed it from the web and this person was eliminated from the work team.

I repeat once again that he was an external employee hired by an external company
mr Wazin Publish a photograph of a SUPPOSED employee of his development team
You informed us that the photograph was of a third person unrelated to this programmer and the person was removed from the work team.

If the affected person wishes to communicate with us, he has the email and telephone numbers of the United States and the United Kingdom.
We will give you all the information you need about this independent professional.

And I also repeat it for the last time.
that is a personal problem
between the freelance Wazin and the affected one,
it's not our problem
nor is it your problem because it is not the affected party or its legal representative or member of the family, it is not a legal office of any country, police or judge and less users of our platforms.
and it is not our problems because this person is no longer in our development team.

About you
NOBODY Threat
saying that we will enforce the law is not a threat
You violate the law
personally defamed us
We have pictures of everything
of your website with our logos that say scam projects as your first unmodified publication here

YOU have already been informed of the legal process against you.
If it does not stop defame our company and our team.
You should do a post about Mr. Wazin not about us.

You, as a research journalist, have an obligation to identify yourself,
because you say you do research work
If you hide your face and data on your website, it is because something is hidden.

You can hide your face but you pay with your credit or debit card or your paypal
your domain and your servers
When our lawyer requests information through its servers, we will know who you are from which country it is and why it hides to defame the projects.

We appreciate the information you gave us about Mr. Wazin, but before publishing a project, you should investigate
You always have to research well and get in touch with companies to inform.

remember that behind any project, however small, there are always more than 20 people working
from different parts of the world and many freelances
you play with the employment of all
But of course you do not care about this.
It only worries about generating traffic for your website.

All our investors know about what happened with Mr. Wazin and he has supported us in the decision to remove him from the project.
And many have invested some more money in our project.
Because we are the only project with external audit and we are 100% focused on serving our users
not in gossip and defamation like the ones you create to generate traffic to your website

so you have not won anything with this just to show your bad faith in the work you do and the desire to hurt projects

It is good that all projects are investigated.
Everything less clearly.
without hidden faces or anonymous

People like you do not contribute anything to this blockchain ecosystem.
On the contrary they do more harm than good.
People like us invest in the development of technology.

People like you criticize the work of the projects and play with the employment of many people.
Only to obtain notary status in forums like this.
from anonymity

I would like you to talk about the great projects that in 2017 and 2018 raised a large sum of money

and none has delivered any platform.
or are in a supposed eternal development
or those that the founders sold all their tokens or coins and have disappeared.
All these projects have cheated with more than 500 million dollars.
if you are a good inventor and you want to help the ecosystem
investigate those projector that have robbed hundreds of thousands of people
help these people get their money back

but do not come and ask us for the daily explanations of the idiocy of a programmer who took a picture of the Internet.
and less to defame

And I repeat please do not bother us anymore.

We are working for our users and investors.
We will not answer anything else here.

It is the last time we will waste our time answering their lies and explaining for the last time that Mr. Wazin was a Freelance hired through another company.

I'm not telling you to stop doing your job with this.
In many cases we see that their work is good, very good.
and you informed us about Mr. Wazin
But you must improve and admit when you make mistakes.

We only ask you to admit your mistake.
that should from the beginning call us
and inform us
We investigated all the images and we did not see similar ones online.
you found her
and we appreciate the information but
you must not defame

Delete this post and apologize or
Wait for an email from our legal team.
and the legal process against you

Greetings and happy 2019. Smiley Smiley

Which company refuses to make video of their project to say couple of words to potential investors?

I suppose you don't won't to do video interview either?

a lie
a gossip.
defamed

INCREDIBLE THAT THE ECO ICO ACCEPTS THE PAYMENT OF 100USD OF AN EX-EMPLOYEE TO SPEAK BAD OF THE COMPANY
instead of calling by phone or sending an email or visiting us in London, but of course, it is easy to say falsehoods about projects or people when you hide your face and find yourself behind a computer screen
Ethics ICO little professionalism
Do you have proofs of this? If this is not true maybe ICOethics should sue you?

Yeahhhhhh I was not paid anything. I spoke against the company on my own accord, at risk of being outed as I was by Leonardo who has frequent temper tantrums. Don't know where that lie came from. What a professional company.

Miss Autumn nowhere in the Post says you paid icoethics
It does not say autumn and less its real name.

But it is very strange and it is left to the understanding of who reads this.
that automatically icoethics publishes this, you create an account that calls it exsocialremit
speak ill of us
And the funny thing with the hard to find information in this forum.
You have found the subject of icoética.
which means that you were already informed of this topic before you leave
But it is left to the understanding of who reads this.
And the funny thing is that he accuses us of not being professionals.

When to you
They left you the administration keys because we intended to give you a second chance. We understood that he was going through a difficult situation, but instead of doing things right, the last thing he tries
I was sabotaging the project by changing the name of our general chat by PORNHUB
for the simple fact that with your last payment in the company we refuse to make THE PAYMENT IN BLACK and we pay your services as what was a SERVICE
Our lawyer has all the conversations about that problem.
If you wish, we publish it here.
1- the payment was made
2-You returned it because you wanted the payment in BLACK.
3-It was sent again to put a claim.
and we withheld the payment
4-When you wanted to accept the payment as a service The payment is released by paypal and final.

You were not the professional we expected, so we took it from the team.
without making a value judgment

But what I tried to do here and what I tried to do in another internal conversation of the company in the past is not FAIR.
And all because the company did not want to pay in BLACK.

Remember that you committed an ILLEGALITY punished in the United States, that you were trying to sabotage the company using access as an administrator and abuse of the company's trust.

so please stop bothering
that in the company we have had a lot of patience with you and if you are never denounced in the United States it is because the CEO of the company is a man with a lot of patience

If we are going to make a video of thanks to our users and investors at the end of the ICO.

What we are NOT going to do is create videos to answer the questions of people who do not show their face and less to satisfy people who only think in a forum.
If our users request it, they have the company email to write and request a video of the team.

We have a SKYPE user for videoconferences with investors and we have also held meetings in ZOOM
Any investor or user that requests to speak with someone on the team or with the CEO
we always provide contact information OR meetings have been materialized in ZOOM
Where the representative of the company always shows his personal identification.

What we are not going to do is fall into the blackmail of people outside the project.
telling us that if we do not make a group video they are a false project.

If you want a video call with the CEO of the company write to your email estevez@socialremit.com

In socialremit we have never refused to talk to our customers, interested or face to face investors or video calls.
What we do not go is to enter the blackmail of strangers who do not show their faces.
and the most they do with respect to the blockchain is to comment in forums like this about the projects

Instead of making a value judgment about whether we are professionals or not.
We invite you to research and open topics about some of the great cryptocurrency companies.

1-Because the desperation of some large cryptocurrency companies to sell their reserves in cryptocurrencies?
2-What have you done with the billions of dollars received since 2017?
3- Why do not these companies audit?
4- Why are not the salaries of the founders known?
5- What will happen to the hundreds of thousands of people who have lost all their money in these big projects?
6-Why do not you encourage these people to initiate legal proceedings against these big companies?
7-Because there are some of those companies that have months and months and do not deliver the promised platforms?

Help recover the lost money of hundreds of thousands of people around the world.
and clean the blockchain ecosystem image
It should be one of the priorities in forums like these.
These things are more important than making value judgments against small business.
for the simple fact that an independent professional made a mistake and Mr. ICOEthics never called us to see what happened

Also, if Mr. ICOEthics believes that we have damaged his image, he has the right to contact our legal department
and if you believe it is appropriate to initiate a legal process against us that does so, as we have initiated a legal process against him.
ICOEthics does a good job
But you should investigate a little more to avoid damaging groups of professionals who are only trying to help this ecosystem grow more.
