I have been mining with 6x r9 280x. 4200 - 4100kh/s avg. but for some reason i dont find it profitable cause i only get 0.02-0.03 btc a day (scrypt -> exchange) . is that normal? or do you guys have some techniques or something.

Your stats (both scrypt hashrate and daily profit) look fine to me.

What coin are you mining?  Or are  you using a multipool?

This is pretty normal these days (~.006-.007 BTC per MH/s) in a profit switching pool.
