First get on localbitcoins at https://localbitcoins.com/ and then find someone who will take paypal for BTC, be prepared to pay a premium for the high risk.

Second, order from bitmain at https://www.bitmaintech.com/product.htm

Hey Valkir! Maybe check out www.jonesgear.com, they're based in the US and have pretty good prices on S1s. Might save you some conversion fees since you can pay fiat.

I've ordered from Jonesgear in the past, sometime in December and they shipped, so I can confirm them as well. Not the lowest price, but they have good customer service.

Don't know if you bought one yet, but I have them in stock for a slight premium  plus shipping (your choice) compared to BITMAIN's price, except I ship ASAP. I would also do escrow from the likes of MAIDAK, klondike or another well known member that we both agree to and  who would like to escrow. I can also provide more verification if interested.
