Vinylriff - Merit Abuse - Alt Farming - Bumping Service

I notice something suspicious about the distribution of merit by user Vinylriff.  It appears that the account has given nearly all it's sMerit to newbie accounts hours after theymos made the announcement of Enhanced newbie restrictions & requirements.  Each of the accounts listed below received one merit from user Vinylriff.

Of course it could be that Vinylriff was being generous to the newly demoted accounts, but upon further scrutiny I noticed that most of the posts of these accounts are promoting various AltCoins and bumping threads.  I'm of the opinion that none of these posts deserve merit, not even one.  I also noticed that many of the accounts are following up posts of each other.

This table is organized by registration date.  It's not exactly a smoking gun when it comes to account farming, but there does appear to be a pattern.  Many of the accounts were created in twos or threes every week or so.
