Is www.cryptobulls.exchange an exit scam?

Lately we have seen frightening trend of exit scams or exchanges that scam users occasionally out of they funds.  Here we have www.cryptobulls.exchange that already have bad reputation behind, with not wanting users to withdraw they BTC by making it extremely long (up to 10 days) or not allowing it at all. I want to hear if anybody else had issues with this scam exchange?

Maybe they are preparing for that,if you found any suspicious activities on the exchanges like this then better avoid using them at any cost since we are at the risk of losing our capital when something goes wrong.Personally I didn't used that exchange yet and also never will thanks for your warning this may help people to stay away from this exchange.

First time of hearing this website and with that extension of ".exchange" I only know about stock.exchange which turned to 'stex'.

This was created early this year base on https://www.whois.com/whois/cryptobulls.exchange

I don't think that many are using this here in the forum.

can you provide proof, screenshot for example. so we can be sure that the website is truly safe.
