Hello! I am communicating quite often with different people, which establish their own countries. For example Liberland, Freeland and some other microstates. There is a lot of prospectives there. But a lot of limitations also. Overall, any state as any organization is more in our heads than in some land.
I like idea of seasteading. So, I ve got some idea of prospective state, which can be basically anywhere, but as physical kind of land it will use any type of Seasteading, for example any vessel can become part of it. Or any floating platform.
Or, indeed some parts of unclaimed land.
The main goal is to make it like kind of a Federation, where people with different ideas and views can join and basically form their own micro states, united into one federation. So, that is kind of platform, used for new states formation.

Concept


Blockchain and cryptocurrencies gave opportunities not only to numerous entrepreneurs to raise funds for their business, but also wide options for communities tokenization. This has resulted in creation of several states, based on cryptocurrencies fundraising. Possibility to create own state gives a lot of benefits to the founders  and their followers. We expect that a lot of new states will arise in the future. We therefore are going to provide services to such organizations and create association for microstates, non-recognized states etc. Our team members have experience of living in the most successful recent story of state creation - Israel and best of Israel’s experience will be used for new countries creation. We also have tight connection with partially recognized countries such as Abkhazia, Northern Cyprus, Liberland and others.

- Tax-free trade outside of 12 miles zone. Usage of drones to carry goods over 12 miles zones to trade vessels. Carry buyers from most expensive towns outside of 12 miles zone.

- Sub-states can float, can do fishing and other sea-related economic activities outside of countries economic zones.

Finance

Islands concept - idea is to fundrise for multiple islands at once. Investors select, which island they want to fund. Each island has its own legal system, roadmap, development plan etc. During TGE we sell DeState token, which then can be reinvested into token of any of the islands, so that is the concept of multiple-glasses ICO, when during one ICO/TGE investor selects, which of the projects inside it to support.
We also consider it to be kind of innovation, when several projects are united to promote one ICO/TGE event in which all of them will be present with their own tokens as kind of portfolio.



Suggested financial/governance model

Three types of tokens:

Utility token, which is stable coin, based on multi-currency and assets basket. Basked is defined by DAO. For example it can consist of Euro, USD and Big Mac. It is used for goods and services purchase, although it can be purchased through any system, it is used as an internal layer. Any state member can make own utility tokens, connected to federation utility token and use them for goods and services purchase. Issued on platform with smart contracts, like Ethereum/EOS.



Security token. Security tokens are used for DAO/DAICO management. Depending on functional financial, governance and other decisions can be made using security tokens. Issued on platform with smart contracts, like Ethereum/EOS.

Promo tokens. Tokens with minimum obligations from Decentralized State. May give minimum discount for utility and security tokens purchase (close to comission). Like 0.1-1% discount for security tokens ICO/STO. Can be issued on different blockchains.
