5 Newbie account spamming - Might be a bumping service. or a bots?

Please check these newbie accounts that might a bumping thread service (also the same person) and most of the post is not related to the thread topic. All of the mentioned accounts only post in one thread.

Use "report to moderator" button then their posts will gets deleted and some time they may get ban also.NO need to create a new thread for this.

Most times new threads are created on this issue to draw more attention to those accounts,most times "the report to the moderator button",may or may not get their threads deleted..
And this is more of a case of five different accounts spamming the forum,i think it probably deserves a new thread..
So a moderator can look into them(five of them,probably as one person) and maybe dish out a stricter measure,maybe nuke the accounts or something like that

Here is the reason for those bumps. The bounty has an ANN Campaign with the following rules:

Rules:
1. You MUST JOIN Grabity Bounty Channel.
2. Must create NEW CONTENT for each post to participate again
3. Must write PROOF OF AUTHENTICATION for each week.
4. Each post/content should be longer than 50 CHARACTERS.
5. Number of posts is limited to 20 per week.
6. Posts that are irrelevant can lead to deletion or disqualification.

Criteria (Probably meaning that the service applies to ANN and Bounty thread):

Is this not the same as paying for a bumping service? Users sign up to post content on the ANN/Bounty thread and in return receive tokens as a reward = paying for bumps.

Is this not the same as paying for a bumping service? Users sign up to post content on the ANN/Bounty thread and in return receive tokens as a reward = paying for bumps.

Definitely it is against the forum rules so the ANN thread needs to be trashed and ANN creator needs to be banned.

But from their spreadsheet there is only one guy registered for that ANN campaign until now.
