Not only once, I saw many projects claimed the same thing just like you. But in the end, they were lying to us.
We are in bear market, and it is very unlikely for someone to buy or participate in any ICO. Most of them bought their coin on the top and do not wish to spend it when the price went down this low.

During our private sale we raised $ 1,000,000 or 13,000 Ethereum, this fundraising was possible thanks to the investment of HSBC. This is not a raise of funds in ethereum, as could be the ICO but a bank loan with a rate of interest. We therefore reserve the number of Vigo coin in connection with this loan in order to make an early repayment.
We are aware of the current state of the market. This is why the fundraising will be done in connection with the Ethereum itself and not its course against the fiat currency.
