As I understand it, the protocol will be used by ERC20. But, now newer and more compatible protocols are being used. ERC223 for example. Faster and safer. Second question. How legal is the gold mining activity?

I would disagree. As far as I know there are many affordable gold on the market.

It is crucial to understand the need to have a properly working ecosystem, some ideas on how to develop it and find the fundamental missing links. Otherwise, some failing services and instruments, and even illegal activities, can cause too much harm to hinder development of this project.

The protect is backed by Paraguay Mineral Mining Company (PMMSA). PMMSA extracts and processes the gold to sell. The holders get 45% of the Net profits of PMMSA, that is payed out to holder in Ethereum. So our customers are people that want to make a USD 0.09 monthly profit per OREToken.
