How To Play:

Once all Tickets are taken (and paid for) I will select 2 future mined blocks that will determine the winners.
The last character in the hash of that block will decide who has the winning Ticket.
2nd place prize goes to the winner of the first block and 1st place prize goes to the winner of the next block.
