I like the UI but after I did a quick check I found that the field for payout address accepts random characters and not a valid address. It will be better if you can do some fix on it. I will edit once I found some more

This is done for a reason and nothing need to be fixed. Its in user hands and  on his side to double check wallet which he provides. We operating 20+ currenccies and will accept many wallets in to that one field.
If there is an issue with wallet it will be picked up as error when system will try to send swapped coins to user. System will not send currency and will place on hold untill user provide good wallet. Is that simple.

Beside you didnt validate swap with TX ID so your swap btc/ltc was canceled.

No point creating complex features.

Please be aware that deposit might take some time to confirm on our side.
Swaps are really fast.

Gas to ONT was returned to sender due to error where ONT cannot be divided. Our system notified us and sent back full amount of deposited gas. Great stuff.

To follow-up to what @zupdawg have said, If I accidentally put a wrong or invalid address in the payout and I wanted to fixed it, there's no way I can go back to the transaction except to press the "Home" button again.

Thank you for your input. Image you reffering to is where you place tx id. this is only needed to validate payment. Payout address is provided before this image and when u you hit "exchange". This window opens when new transaction waits to be validated.

In other words, if we create back button than your swap would be delete from cache and new one would be created without any info same as pressing home button.

We all know that Shapeshift had enforced KYC and then Changelly is using third party and some questions about their legitimacy https://www.reddit.com/r/Monero/comments/8bdigt/dont_use_changelly_millions_stolen/. Today we added functionality to swaps. From today swap order will not be canceled after certain time.
Now rate is auto updates itself untill you hit "submit" with TX ID to validate deposit.

Please be aware if we receive deposit but you didn't send TX ID your swap will be processed in the same manner but with much greater delay.

When everything was going downward spiral specially with shapeshift and changelly, now comes a new exchange in the horizon. Yes, I agree that the fee is minimal and I'm happy about it because I need to trade some of my Bitcoins to finance my Ethereum wallet. And what I like about the services is that its quite very quick and of course there's no KYC (which we don't like by the way), So keep it up guys.

OK. I was just browsing around the forum and looking to swap my Bitcoins to Ethereum because I needed some ETH for my wallet and found your services.
