These are my predictions for the next 3-4 months.

BITCOIN needs to bottom out and shake off all the weak hands, were almost there but not quite.

Ethereum is a young unregulated project, which a few people took advantage of by building scam coins on and in return ruining it for all the REAL projects on the platform. Once these scams are deflated and they all go to zero or get shut down by the government, ETH will be used by real world companies. The SEC is barely getting started cracking down on these ICO's.

Right now the situation of the market is in great speculation which nobody doesn't have any clue about the price. Due to market condition don't think the price of bitcoin won't be below 2000$ and ETH price won't be below 90$.

With regards to your title, I disagree that bitcoin will go $1,600 - $2,800. What I mean is I don't want that to happen and the same goes for Ethereum. I don't think bitcoin will go that below, it will just play around 3K to 4K and ethereum I hope will not go down to $50. There are many people with weak hands and newbies who have dumps all their holdings because they don't believe bitcoin will bounce back and recover after the bear market finish. Well it's them not the believers who are still holding.

bitcoin "bottoming out" has been over for months which means the bottom has been and still is above $6K. What you see now is not bottoming out nor is it shaking weak hands. it is only for buying cheaper  coins and it can not last long. let alone go any lower.

as for ethereum its dump is justifiable because it has a lot of issues and also it is getting dumped as people pull their money from ETH to put it in bitcoin as it is currently super cheap.

Definitely, we're not yet in the bottom so there's a lot of shake off in the next coming months. I'll still see the price going down below $3K before we can finally see another rally before going on the last bottom and then a massive bull run Q1 or early Q2 2019.

Cracking down on Scam ICO's have already started that's why Ethereum has suffered a lot. Plus the same people who brought bitcoin to its all time high early this year are the same people who immediately bailed out in May-June and never comes back. How ironic!!!

I don't think that Bitcoin would be that low again ,
And what's next Bitcoin would be back to $100 again,
Weak hands would surely be shaken but that doesn't mean that we would be back to that low price again specially now that we have so many investors and some of them are considered as whales I don't think that they would let it happen.

Thoses prices are possible i think. But i don't think existing scams ICO tokens are going to disappear. They will still exist and some people are still going to trade them. They would really disappear if they were coins and not tokens.

Bottoming out seems like a myth already as no one can tell exactly where the bottom will be at. But one thing is certain, scam coins will disappear from the space as a direct result of the SEC's clampdown on them. ETH may as a result take a direct blow from those actions, and we may see it go lower below $100

They're very wide predictions given that from 1600 to 2800 and from 30 to 70 is averaging out at over a 100% change. I think that the top of your predictions are about as low as I see the market going, we are oversold and therefore I think the first major support we hit we will bounce strongly from, if we even hit such a support level.

Your predication is pretty low price for BTC and ETH. IMO, I don’t think BTC will go as low as $2800. Seems like $4000 has become the new support and we might be jumping up from here. Just my 2 cents.

Btc and eth won't ever reach those values but i think you're under estimating them but there's a posibility that it might happen because of the market being unpredictable. Let's all just hope the market will always be pleasing with each and everyone's perspective.

I highly doubt we'll see sub 3k or even sub 2k, there'll be a lot of demand at those cheap prices which will push the price up in no time. I think the price will fluctuate around the 3k-4k levels before consolidating in the high 3k close to the current support level.

It already did, otherwise, the price would've tanked to the 2k levels a long time ago. We're left with the ones who actually don't care about price fluctuations that much as they're aiming for a clear goal: long-term profits.

Actually, in my opinion the lowest point of bitcoin is 2,000 usd, but indeed anything can happen. if the market chaos continues to occur and very large fud will make many people experience a lot of losses

The decline is quite sad, BTC has a wall at 3600 $ and I hope it will not go down again, and starting in the new year begins to rise, whereas ETH I think they are quite strong with a very large team and community.

I do not understand when the price continues to decline, then many people will predict that prices will continue to decline also. Even though the price decline is not limited to technicality, fundamentals will be a calculated factor to make prices rise or prices decline.
