This is one good news, the sentiment of the news seems bullish especially the confirmed launch of BTC futures on 2019.  I wonder why the delay of BTC-ETF decision, probably their are conspiring since institution are now into entering Bitcoin economy, they wanted to get it at great discount.  Anywho, with the confirmed launch on 2019, this may serve as catalayst for Bitcoin to change the stance to being bullish while the major upgrade for ETH may bring hype to ETH market, since news of developement is always gives a bullish effect to any project.

If you think $3500 was bottom, you are mistaken. Markets don't give you 3 days to buy it but rather 15-30 min max (like on Feb 6th) However, I believe this was a local bottom and we'll range between 3500-5500 for some time. A lot of people don't rule out a capitulation to be into mid 2's.

I agree with your speculation. I think our market will collapse and many investors have to leave the market. The market will recover after 4-5 years. As the whales entered the market and made the price of the altcoins rise again. So we do not buy it now.

I think you're wrong. We see how volatility has returned to the market, volumes have increased. We see big bitcoin movements on large wallets. + The market can not constantly fall. + Big events are waiting for us in the first quarter of 2019 (Bakkt, ETF)
