And i don't mean just for pay things.. but also for the biggest investors, as an investment, a store of value. So, buy things, investments, and will also help the world crysis and the USD crysis.

bitcoin needs some time so that the manipulators can be satisfied with their accumulation as they are currently on some sort of buying frenzy to buy as much cheap bitcoin as they can without letting the price to rise up that much.
and as they finish that we enter the slow rise period where the confidence comes back to the market. and mainly people are currently waiting for the manipulation to end before they come back so they need time to jump back in again.

While I agree that bitcoin's technology is amazing, the price grew in price more of because of it being overhyped as a short-term investment or a "get-rich-quick" scheme, not for bitcoin's actual use-cases. If people bought in for the technology, chances are that they wouldn't be panic selling right now. will it brake all time high I'm very confident that it will definitely break another all time high. It's just a matter of when. It could be right around the corner some time next year(or even this December 2017, though I heavily doubt it), but it could also take us multiple decades. No one knows. |

I believe that btc will make another ATH in the near future after this current correction in the crypto market. BTC as a payment system is just starting the evolve and not fully operating in many countries yet. Most of the people are into btc investment since they wanted to earn sufficient profit

you need to remember that nothing has changed about bitcoin. it is only the stance of the media that is changed so those who are new to the market and have no experience about the history of bitcoin are confused thinking whether price can go back up again or not.
the fact is this is the same as always. price drops then everyone starts their doomsday propaganda against bitcoin mainly because they want to buy more of it themselves. then the price rises and they all start saying "I told you bitcoin is great"!
otherwise if you shut down your internet and start thinking you can see that bitcoin is still the same as it was before if not better and more improved with all the additions that it has now.

Factoring in the regular dumps and pumps which sometimes goes against the expected, it is difficult to out a value on one BTC, for most of this year it assumed the cost of mining. But it recently broke it's support.
The value can bubble again in the future and pass it's ATH, but it would not be a sustainable growth.
The true value of Bitcoin would be discovered through adoption, and with it maybe stability.

Those medias are really one of the cause on why many panic sold their coins and let others took it at a better price for them. Most of them relied to those news that only brought negativity to the market which gave them a decision to start selling.
And to counter those negative news, we need adoption, better and more positive news. Once these things comes and adoption starts to come in with different sectors, demand will come and we might even broke the last all time high.

Part of bitcoin's price sudden growth is majorly due to increase in demand buy bitcoin buyers which is caused by speculation. In 2017 when the bitcoin price reached 5k-6k, it's price surge towards 20k was majorly brought about by focus from the mainstream media.
As it kepted making headlines across the media, more people jumped into the train with hope of getting rich quickly.

I'm sure we will experience another all time high, maybe before the Bitcoin halving which is expected to happen on May 2020. We need more large players or investors to be involve on this space and people who will accept Bitcoin willingly then I think it would have a big impact on Bitcoin market.

The ETF in US can be a great signal for us to pump again so everyone is still hoping for this one. I'm trying to get more funds so I can buy more bitcoin because I believe that good things is about to begin again this year, let's have patience on this market and bitcoin will deliver again later on. That ETF is already over due, and there might be no more hype on this one as investors are trying to move on and look for other possibilities for bitcoin to pump. Its good to have patience at all, but we really need to have a fresh ideas for bitcoin and that can attract investors. The $4k level for bitcoin seems too hard to hold, more good news hopefully because it can also help the market. |

I'm guessing the next halving will cause this price movement, which in turn will make everyone and grandmama want some bitcoins - driving the price up even more...
Hopefully, this next time around - there is some actual uses that come out from it like, actually using it for currency?
Idk, if everyone started using bitcoin for everyday type purchases, it wouldn't take long for BTC to moonlaunch

It seems like a real step that can make bitcoin go up again is, in collaboration with large companies or brands in the world, and Bitcoin goes there, either as a method of payment, salary or development in the company.

Lol, SEC is one of the groups that has been fighting bitcoin and cryptocurrency. Well if they have a change of mid then probably bitcoin and cryptocurrency will have a major adaptation. |

I think it will kick on the market price of 8K USD per bitcoin. This the market price before that has a drastic huge market price increase. ANyway, this is just speculation as we all know that all time high may not going to happen again because many are greedy now and does impatient holding crypto.
