Of all the dice sites that I am also playing or have played with, the highest is only 98%. But I think it does not matter much to me, or probably to a lot of rollers as well. Raising the winning chance to the maximum percentage is no fun at all. Sure you will win most of the time but the payout will be too insignificant to celebrate, only around 1% of your bet. If you wish to raise the payout with the 99% chance of winning, you will have to risk a huge amount, which for me is not really worth it. I'd rather play with the x2 payout or ~49% chance of winning.   

More raised the percentages then the payout also for every rolls will gradually low and 99% chance of winning don't available for every dice game even it's very rare to see dice site can set percentages of winning to 99% and the highest percentages which is common is 98% and it cannot be less from it

All we know that dice game is very popular and most easy game here in crypto world so I think you need to add extra ordinary features to your dice game to make it more interested to the gambler's eye. I think they have a good marketing thinking in saying that it was created two years ago because in that case it build a good reputation.

Just using CyberDice because of the "Hall of frammer challange" from CyberDice.

However, I don't really know cyberdice under OneHash management. I used my "OneHash" account and can log in to cyberdice, all transactions from "OneHash" also showup at cyberdice, my review from this site still good since i have some experience from "OneHash". Sometimes the problem only on Deposit/Withdrawl, cause some user still get manually withdrawal from the team.

Manual withdrawal cant be called as a problem since it is their own right on how to serve their players especially related to withdrawal.
There must be at least 1 good reason why they choose manual withdrawal instead of the automatic one.
It will be a problem if they claims to have instant withdrawal but in the reality they do manual withdrawal most of the time.

Maybe the manual withdrawal is used for preventing the campaign abusers, the bonus hunters can use the VPN with different IP addresses for claiming the free, easy money. The Onehash administration(Eric, Afaik) has decided to stop the instant withdrawals and they charge a minimum withdrawal fee for each transaction.  The manual withdrawal review also delays the payment which is instant on alternative gambling sites.

I believe there is better way to avoid abusers instead of sacrificing real players who prefer to be served with instant withdrawal.

First time i used need around 6-8 hours.

But the second i withdrawal from CyberDice only takes 1 hour, i also suggest to them about this a week ago and the first i using the site.

A high fund with manual withdrawal it's not a problem, but a low amount around 5-10$ should be automatically. Waiting a long withdrawl with only a small fund was really annoying sometimes.

Nope, in fact based on what is discussed previously in this thread, cyberdice process all withdrawal manually. So there is no one can get automatic withdrawal at the moment at Cyberdice. Same question about what win change he/is talking about.

i think what he means is that the payout has been adjusted and extend more   . but did the payout were only fix at 99x  before  ?  99x multiplier is too low and the profit that you will be earning is only small   . other gambling sites has a payout larger than 99x which was cool because some gambler like me love to hunt higher multipliers rather  than playing small multi because this makes me think that i can beat the house if i play this way  . playing on smaller multipliers are deadly imo  .

99x is already big enough. I know, there are even few site which offer you up to 990.000x multipler (in justdice) and other dice site offer 9900x multipler. 99x multipler or 1% win chance is already huge enough to make you earn so huge if you using huge bet.
