I'll take these both for $600 Paypal Goods whenever you're ready, shipping to the UK. he cant, cause paypal hold his money until end of the month...i sent him the money allready with secure paypal, but he sent back |

In your case the money was locked till the 31st in which case i had to refund because that is too late to pay for my bills. |

In your case the money was locked till the 31st in which case i had to refund because that is too late to pay for my bills. it dosnt matter WHO send the money to you - the problem is, that your account is not fully verified and cause this, paypal will hold the money until the buyer cant easily transfer it back...if i send you money and you transfered instantly to your bank account, paypal have to verify that they can get the money back from your bank account. If you are relatively new to using Paypal and receive a large amount of money, then Paypal will tend to hold it until the tracking number shows the parcel has been delivered.
Still willing to take these for $600 as I mentioned, if you add the tracking number to the Paypal order the money will get released shortly after it tracks as delivered.
