Own board for ICO-discussion?

Do we need an own board only for ICO-discussions? ICOs depends to Altcoins, but it's a separate investment opportunity. Recently occured many questions about ICOs in the Altcoin section, it would be nice to give them a new board?

Discussion can be about:

- Strategies to search good ICOs and avoid scam ICOs
- Discussing running ICOs
- ICO business in general

Everyone can find informations about ICO easily.

What's you opinion about an own board for ICO-discussion? Divide Altcoin section into existing Altcoins and new ones (based on ICO tokens)?

unfortunately, there are no much to discuss about ICOs.
there are no some innovative ideas or great managers, that board will be very spammy or advertisable, so better to speak about them here

Ok, yes I agree, it will be used heavily for advertising maybe. But we can make a sticked topic and add rules: no advertising of companies, advertising is only in ANN altcoin section
In general a new board for ICO discussion can bring more value to good ICOs. Most ICO topics are lost between price discussion of ETH / BTC / existing altcoins

I think the main discussion should talk about how to identify an ico project with value and meaningful product.
Because only that way can anyone across crypto currency world invest immensely and have immense profit too; other than that, other icos are pump and dumps tokens which leaves alot of people in losses after investment.
