Although I really like the intent of this project, I honestly don't see a real solution to the problems they aim to solve.

In my personal opinion, this project should be presented as a service for the public administration or for private non-profit organisations, and perhaps it could also have a good outcome.

Do you have enough users of your platform to survive in this market? Your thread is not having a lot of audience from the community here but maybe you have more users outside this forum. Because the platform can sustain its presence in the market if there are sufficient users of their platform. Otherwise, the project is doomed to failure.
