Belarus is following a model put forward by Malta, which saw an inundation of enthusiasm from digital money organizations in the wake of setting up its own administrative structure. After already executing a declaration administering digital money in Belarus, the eastern European nation's administration has now acknowledged a point by point administrative system proposed by the Belarus High-Technologies Park (HTP).  The HTP is an uncommon monetary zone in Belarus that works on the rule of "extraterritoriality," which means organizations anyplace in the nation enrolled with the HTP can exploit its sandbox-style favorable circumstances. The zone was built up to drive advanced development, and its individuals can use an exceptional expense and administrative condition to their advantage.

Despite the tragedy on the cryptocurrency price some country keep accepting digital currency as they have study and see the future of crypto and blockchain ahead with tremendous benefits.

I think this is a great news and a big development to all crypto enthusiast whats your take???

It is certainly good news that such country as Belarus took interest into crypto currency. I hope it will affect its neighboring countries too.

Any country modelling their regulation based on Malta's regulation will be a win for the cryptocurrency industry. Belarus might be using this regulation as a big piece for their economy moving forward with the industry. Now the problem here is how they will do it, I know that it would lure in some foreign investors in the country but they should make it more attractive by pushing forward not just by law but actually let their citizens embrace the world of digital currencies. If they do that they will be flooded by foreign funds in the future.

Increasingly, countries that adopt cryptocurrency. If more countries adopt cryptocurrency, then it will trigger other countries to follow suit. And mass adoption is getting closer

Belarus is going to be the new frontier for crypto in that region. I'm sure that their neighbours like estonia and lithuania will follow in their footsteps when belarus starts to boom

From what I gathered, Belarus would be a free-for-all cryptohub in which services and organizations from any nation can come to and start their own crypto-related business. This will drastically boost up the interest from foreign players if their tax policies aren't that aggressive and it would surely drive the economy of Belarus forward. I wonder how many foreign players would want to come to Belarus to take advantage of this crypto-friendly policies on their HTP as there are many services and exchanges that are offshoring some of their offices and headquarters due to unfavorable operating conditions from a certain country.

"complete regulation" is a scary term for a lot of us.

In the case of attracting  new business in the crypto field it will increase
employment and boost revenue similar to what Malta had done and
Australia before it.

While some countries are slow to move Belarus can see the potential
crypto has and the benefits it can offer.

Not actually if it's not that tight. Most crypto investors parry on regulation because of the things it wanted to them or the huge taxes squeezing them. If this country has nice regularities for crypto this will surely work. Now I am excited for 2019.

From this topic I did not understand what kind of full regulation of cryptocurrency will be in Belarus and under what conditions. I know that there are no taxes on cryptocurrency, citizens have the right of its free circulation and use. Belarus is still one of the most friendly countries to cryptocurrency.

Yes, Its really good to see as most of the countries are taking part in crypto currency. The mainstream of this is only to see their country a economical country across the globe. Yes Implementing crypto in Belarus is a happy news for their people and a lot of foreigners will come to their place and start playing this as their government is going to give green signal to them.

In Belarus, I do not regulate cryptocurrency and there is no tax on it, you can read the decree number 8 on the digital economy. Until 2021, the law will not be changed !

Belarus is doing all of these things inorder to attract investors and locators to the country and certainly they can be an attractive alternative that many companies and organizations can be considering. I am hoping that there will be more countries which can offer packages of benefits and the infrastructure as well as regulatory policies for many fintech companies doing business using new technologies especially connected with the blockchain. Even with the weak market right now, there is no question that the future belongs to the blockchain and cryptocurrency.

Belarus regulation will have positive influence on currency holders.
More investors and incorporations has big impact on views of currency holders.
Statement complete regulation is a bit vague term. There are also others
countries which are very kind on bitcoin.
