Longtime lurker, newbie postere @ Bitcointalk.

I was a seti@home guy (since 99) and jumped in on the BTC craze earlier this year.

Current mining setups include:

2x 6950's
8x 5830's
2x 6870's

I do alot of web database work, so I was able to drop the cards in to pre-existing 2600k testbed servers I have that sit idle quite a bit without much additional overhead.

I was able to drop in to Meze Grill last time I was in NYC and spend some bitcoins which was pretty cool Smiley

I'm in BTC mining mostly becuase it gives me a hobby to do while killing some downtime... I seem to keep aquiring new cards even though the price keeps going down haha.  I started dabbling a week or two ago in litecoins but the mining client seems to make my rig's a bit unstable over long periods of time.

Currently mining over at Slush's pool.

Look forward to meeting all of you.

Too bad slush's pool is down, but until he fixes it support a small pool.
I like ozco.in myself, for when slush is down.
