Those sites/services you've listed are fairly known already, and are not even related to bitcoin or cryptocurrencies in general. I don't think them having bounties will help them much.

Because half part of ICO do not allow Chinese to buy token, due to regulation restrict. Also, bounty is a international marketing campaign, platforms like facebook, twitter is priority because it used by million people worldwide.

1. The social software you listed is only widely used in China, but the world's most popular social software is Twitter and Facebook.
4. QQ/wechat/zhihu/weibo have been promoted outside of China, but people are not interested because they are worried that privacy will be stolen by China.
3. There are bounties used these social media, such as Deeponion, Mixin, etc., but not common.

Chinese people are often nit allowed to take part in bounty campaigns due to the strict regulations of ICOs/CC in China. Therefore it wouldnt make that much sense to promote at channels almost no one outside of China is using!

Although these social media have a large user base, these social media seem to be only used by Chinese people. If they are also added to the bounty campaign, then only Chinese people know how to use them. So, this type of bounty will become exclusive to the Chinese, which is unfair to participants in other countries.
For Facebook and Twitter, people in all countries of the world can easily use them, and they also have Chinese versions, and it is not difficult for Chinese to use them, which will be fairer.
If these social media are to be added to the bounty campaign, it is not impossible, as long as the bounty team thinks they need to do so, then this is not a problem.

The answer is simple - Chinese people is not their target audience, so they are don't need promotion on these networks. People from China can't participate in most of ICO's, so advertising of ICO on these networks doesn't make sense. And also, it would be difficult to organize bounty in these networks if manager don't understand Chinese language (as far as I know these websites don't have English version)
And it's good point mentioned by people above - advertisers mainly focus on global social networks like Facebook or Twitter where they can reach biggest auduence. They aren't interested in local social networks. Even VK.com which is most popular in Russia and 4th most popular in the world - you can't find many bounties on this network.
Those sites/services you've listed are fairly known already, and are not even related to bitcoin or cryptocurrencies in general. I don't think them having bounties will help them much.
I think you missunderstood OP. He is asking why there are no bounties on these social networks like we have of Facebook or Twitter.

Am not so sure about it but I think china has a form on bam on initial coin offering  and mostly it is icos that organises bounty hunting programs so that might just be part of the reasons

There are still ICO ban in china at moment and that why some of the Chinese big exchange moved out china or open in Hong Kong like binance and kucoin. This decision is to protect Chinese currency and economy to limit the capital flight abroad. That also why most bounties don’t want to choose QQ, wechat, zhihu and weibo at moment. We never know the future, hope one day china will open up for cryptocurrency again.
