Some gamblers still want to stay focus and even me, i don’t usually talk to anyone because i believe they are just a troll and they can’t help me but to make panic and stress to me. My other purpose to gamble is to have fun and if you do stay focus on the chat box for sure you will become more stress than losing.

I guess the chat feature is actually optional and participating on a chat when gambling is not mandatory at all. The chat box turns out to be a troll box if no one moderates it and no rules are imposed. Most of the casino has actually different set of rules to keep the chat clean. Trust me, sometimes interacting with others when gambling does actually to help release some stress. Don't you want to show off to others what you won on the casino?

And there's often the option to mute bro for people who doesn't like chatting with others.  I think it's a good functionality. I usually read chats when idle time or waiting for a result. In a way, it makes up for a real casino experience where you get to mingle with other gamblers in the community.

Some people do not like chatting while gambling. It can sometime distract you from gambling. If you are a sort of person who do gambling silently and take every moving after analysis / thinking, then you will not find chatting option handy for you.

Its really depend upon my mood to use the chatting option or not. I think if you embed things, whatever the function, chat or trollbox or even support ticket, it is the easiest option but somehow for me it always slows down the site, unless you route all the traffic through your own server. Especially for people like me,,, sometimes we are forced to use VPN or other means of access, because our ISP blocks traffic,,, when the internet connections is on 3 or 4 different servers because of the additional embeds, makes things very difficult for us to connect to the entire service.

Oh didn't know that can be an issue. Never had to use a VPN and so far my ISP don't block sites. This might be something that have to be considered since it'll definitely affect customer experience.

I'm thinking about creating the chat functionality from scratch in order to provide other companies that don't know how to start with it.

I don't think it would affect gamblers since they can't see the reaction of the face of someone saying those words. But if there is an emoji like button reaction i think that would change the rhythm of the game. It is always the best to see someone's reaction so that both of you can conclude what would be your opponent is thinking or you could both share some thought about gambling.

Almost every gambling website has got the chat support for the community interaction. Almost every gambling website has the same game. If there is a new game into usage or listed then it is good to give chat support for that particular game as people find it a difficult task to play at the beginning. Without this the normal chat support is more than enough.

I guess all people are different in that regard. To me chat is inalienable part of the gambling experience. I have  friends on various gambling sites to whom I enjoy talking very much, and I miss them when they are not online for a long time. I even like chatting with total strangers during poker tournaments, and I wouldn't say I'd agree with you on the distracting part. On the contrary, I feel better when there's an opportunity to chat while playing because I find it unhealthy to concentrate on the game alone.

Chatting somebody might trash talk you during the game and even if you try to focus, you'll end up losing your focus. And tilting is the only option if somebody talk trash.

Yes, functional group chat is chatting with everyone who plays or who is in a group, that is one good option where communication is maintained so that good relationships are established for everyone and that is added value by increasing knowledge and relationships where -Where, so actually everything is not in vain but how we respond to such problems, we are social beings who really need to interact with anyone and any discussion.

What you said is fact, but sometime we find people that really kind. About talk people around me, maybe not all people in here know about crypto and i keep online alone so i sometime only talk with my online friends only.

Chats in gambling is a good idea and a way to build relationships with fellow players.
As long as there are no signs of cheating say on a poker site, then I think this is a advantage to the players.
