as Mirae suggested , Sportsbet is the only sportsbook and casino I know that allow deposits without confirmation
probably their other site bitcasino has the same thing but I'm not sure about it

but overall it's hard to find sites that require no confirmation cause double spending will make things ugly for them even if they don't pay out the double spender especially in poker sites or investor based gambling websites where the money is being transferred between players or between investors and players

I seldom find instant deposits anywhere in crypto nowadays with the problem of double spending looming over every transaction that is accepted without at least the three confirmations that most services set as a minimum. Don't really understand the urge of instant deposits. I think they are there in the casinos favor where one goes bust, and then goes on tilt and instantly sends more BTC to "Play until gets break-even" and ends up losing even more BTC.

Most if not all won't let you withdraw until your original deposit confirms, this is understandable since it would be too risky. The biggest risk the casinos have with 0-conf deposits is that some individuals can deposit 1 BTC, make a bet with that 1 BTC instantly and if they lose, they immediately double spend it with a higher miner fee and get their deposit back. If they win, then they don't do anything.

I guess casinos have software which looks at the output transaction and they try and determine if its a double spend risk, if it is then they will make confirmations mandatory.

There are so many btc casinos which offer instant deposit also decentralized which you can be use on any platform phones or computer but I can only recommend cloudbet and sportbet base on their service and their concern about their users which may by any chance addicted to gambling.

Personally I think majority of "good" sites have turned away from actually instant deposits. Double spends are an issue that's hard to avoid. I would suggest gambling with altcoins for quick deposits. For example litecoin which Bitdice offers. A block is mined every so many minutes and deposits credited after one confirmation.

Of course if you're only willing to use Bitcoin there's not much to help with. I guess some on-chain sites still exist for some currencies (but to my understanding very few if any offer instant bets for BTC).

Sporsbet is the only sportsbook that allows 0 confirmations- just dont try to cheat them with double-spending and everything is ok!

it turned out that the risks of doublespends and different shenenigans by unscrupulous inidividuals
are too high and this brief wait for one confirmation (and most of the sites require just one confirmation to credit ) is not worth

What do you mean by fake it? For some big casino, I do not think that they want to do this way since it will ruin their reputation. We still do 0 confirmation deposits on Primedice & stake.com . It just requires a high level of "confidence" that the transaction is not a double-spend, so if you're using a normal wallet and attach a proper fee in most cases it should be instant.
