WEARVR is uniquely and advantageously positioned as the only completely independent app store within the virtual and augmented reality ecosystem and community.
We have a clear vision and a defined plan to leverage our market position to introduce the de-facto cryptocurrency to power the entire ecosystem and utilise blockchain protocols to drive increased usage of VR/AR, create new (and needed) content, reduce copyright theft and super-charge new business models within the markets.
For a token to be successful, it needs to have participants (people willing to purchase and use it). We already have longstanding relationships with all key stakeholders in the VR/AR market, whose businesses will be greatly enhanced by our blockchain and cryptocurrency initiatives. |

No, not just airdrops, our token sale officially opens in January. Current minimum participation is $5k. We'll be opening up for all contribution amounts in January. We'll be announcing our Airdrop campaign shortly, where we're giving away 1,000,000 WVR tokens. We are selling 50% of our total supply (equating to 480million Weave) in the ICO and here's what we're going to do with the remaining 50%:  |

We've spent that past year working on the tokenomics and all inner workings of our token sale. We looked at the possibility of a certain percentage of our tokens being sold at different discounts and decided on 30% for Pre-Sale (We had 40% for our Private Sale registrations back in November). The discounts don't incentive profit taking upon launch, given that we feel the long term potential of Weave is too great to sell early - you can see this in our Roadmap. All employee, shareholder and advisor tokens will be vested over 3-5 years. We feel confident that we've been clear on everything, but if anything doesn't make sense, please let us know! Can you tell which of the VR/AR content developers you have strong contacts with? Which of the developers of the augmented reality equipment do you plan to cooperate with? What is the advantage over other projects related to advertising in augmented reality (for example, SPHEROID UNIVERSE)

It's not just contacts, we have existing business relationships with a variety of VR/AR content developers. You can see that from our website and our work with partners such as Climax Studios, Coatsink and Zeptolabs. We've also worked with MSI on a VR Game Jam, which you can view here. We currently support 14 different VR headsets. We also work closely with hardware partners in China, including: Pico, Pimax and Nibiru. AR headsets are in their infancy but we are speaking with Magic Leap and looking at their developer kit. We are well positioned to speak with any head mounted display (HMD) manufacturers, because of our close relationships with the content developers. All HMD manufacturers have one thing in common: they need content for their products to be successful. Whilst our project is not directly related to advertising in augmented reality (like SPHEROID UNIVERSE), we have advantages; we are an existing business, with existing business relationships and a community of VR/AR enthusiasts. These are very important factors. |
