Since investors and asset management companies don’t necessarily are based in one single country, investor can enter into an agreement with an asset management company in a region where the issue of cryptocurrency is better executed. Most investors (especially small and medium-sized investors) in many countries are only subscribing to funds that are created in their own country or that are sold by asset management companies operating in their own countries. Thus, the asset management companies too are only focusing on the local investors as potential investors.
