Most of those cases that brings ETH value to huge dumped comes from scam ICO's who gained and scam lots of fund by means of ETH,

According to the analysis they released recently, if the price of ETH should drop below $103 then it’s going to continue the downtrend and down to $86. But if it should break from the current price to $145, then it will go up from there. They were not stating any particular price for it. But I just hope that it goes up.
