Some investors are waiting for the right time to make a buy call, they believe by waiting for a while can give them the best price to buy bitcoin. I realize that in this scenario, it's a reasonable price to buy because we can use this as a chance to get more bitcoin and then sell when it increase later. But we have our own decision to buy now or later, and I hope we could get the right price to buy so we don't have to regret it in the future.

The answer is depends on our perspective. If our goal is for long term, then all times are good to enter the market but if our goal is only for short term investment then it is wrong that all times are good to enter the market. Just like those people who invested their money while the price of the bitcoin is still high, I am sure that they regretted their decision.

I believe so.It would be more profitable to enter into cryptocurrency when the price is definitely low so you can buy those coins at a very affordable price and then hold them after and only sell them when the price rises up.But for short term trading,having this down market would not mean profitable to trade.You should wait for the right timing on it.

I think he is right. When you are a good trader, you will not be afraid of any bad times to join. What Tim Draper wants to say is that we need to have knowledge about investing. We need to learn more about crypto and how to invest properly to avoid heavy losses.

As it doesn't make any logical sense to tell an investor or trader who plans to invest for short term purposes to just buy no matter the price.
Except otherwise , the person is planning for long term hold.....then you can buy any time.
