It is certainly convenient to use it. but it is good, that the project has its purse. so, it can manage the entire system and costs. be the way, you can increase reliability.

Does this coin have only one exchange? Digifinex?

TSF is trading at another exchange STEX https://app.stex.com/en/trade/pair/USDT/TSF/. But the daily trading volumes are very small. Apparently there is no MM which according to the classical scheme to arrange the pumps/dumps. And frankly speaking, the crypto community has no interest in this project. Of course no offense to its developers.

There is no interest at all. If we remove the bots that buy and sell this project on this crypto exchange, we will see that volume is less than 1k dollars a day.
This is very small and shows a lack of interest.

I'm not a developer, but I will. Web wallet is not yet available. With the old version can be found here https://github.com/teslafunds/teslafundswebwallet and understand what it is a modification of MEW.
CMC have a lot of criteria for listing https://coinmarketcap.com/methodology/#listings-criteria and while I can see the appearance of a TSF is questionable.
