It's basically a decentralized marketplace for user data, I have no idea if it actually works though, but they seem to have gambling-related data available.

another option is to buy a safelist(mailing list) with casino and gambling interests
you  probably want to spam the hell out of them , so this would save your time compiling the db into a proper format
