The projects seems scam and also many posts has been posted about the shady project. What is the status now of this shady project?

Looks like the explorer has finally died. Transactions are not confirming to and from the exchange. Officially Dead.

but where do you know such facts? I see, that this team is quite responsible. because, I see a great perspective and responsibility. I do not see, that they sell the money invested in the project. I think, they will use them in the future.
