Here are just a few:

As for the safety of bitcoin as an investment, protected by the distributed network of computers that comprise the blockchain, “the idea that bitcoin or for that matter blockchain does not require trust is nonsense.” It’s based on a model of how things should work — a concept; a set of techniques. But everything can fail.

And so we end where the whole cryptocurrency craze began. Bitcoin, like any currency — like any store of value — is based on trust. Once that trust dissipates, who can say how much value is in the store?

Those aren't even that bad compared to the "bitcoin is dead" articles from other sites. Also, there are really nothing new. These articles with clickbait-ish titles are the articles that sells most to the public(unfortunately), hence we frequently see posts like these.

These things are occurring on the regular, and it's funny how writers capitalize on the losses incurred by bitcoin and cryptocurrencies just to get some dollar on the side. I won't really be able to comprehend these people's way of thinking: bitcoin, as a volatile asset, would surely have its ups and downs, but every downs are sensationalized and every written article seems like it's the end for bitcoin.

Just get used to it, and carry on with your life. Get a good laugh from these articles since we know that bitcoin's end is not sealed yet.

Online article writing is business.  So they have to sensationalize stuff to capture attention.  They also tend to pick worst word as to triggers readers emotion.  And News always tend to add salt to the wounds as they spread FUD to the market.  I wonder these kind of news were silent when Bitcoin is rallying upward.

maybe some crypto people are getting bored with the market situation that is always deteriorating, so they are eager to spread a lot of news about the bad side of bitcoin, they don't realize how important bitcoin is in the wider community as technology in future economic development

Sorry, but where is the FUD here?

Quote
And so we end where the whole cryptocurrency craze began. Bitcoin, like any currency — like any store of value — is based on trust. Once that trust dissipates, who can say how much value is in the store?

It's obvious that people now believe the real value of the coin is lower than the ticker price, that's why they sell.
Yes, they are losing trust a BTC should be above 4000.

Lately, everything that was even remotely negative about bitcoin got labeled as FUD, now even reality gets labeled as FUD.

Face it, that's what's happening, more people are selling than there are buying, it's no f*** FUD is what happens in real life.
Denial won't bring us anywhere.
Every time BTC takes a dive almost everyone here turns into a cultist that has the pitchfork ready to impale any non-believer.

If you really believe in bitcoin ignore them and stuff your pocket full.
If BTC is going to be destroyed by a few online articles then it was definitely faulty from the start.

I don't know anymore who is more annoying, people claiming bitcoin is dead the 590th time or the ones that see FUD and Illuminati waging war against BTC at every step.

Not every negative publicity is FUD, when anyone is venturing into a new space, I advice them to consider the upsides and the gains and also the risks and flaws.

Bitcoin should be analysed from all angles, especially as an investor. Fud is not good for you morale, especially when hodling, but read about it just as you would read about progress made on the network.

Considering these FUD from reputable social medias will be the greatest mistake from any bitcoiner because their view of bitcoin differs likewise their wish for it existence. Bitcoin has come to stay and it will grow stronger after this trial period . The world of cryptocurrency will not be complete if bitcoin as the mainstream manifestation is missing.

I have come to realise that the mainstream media is patiently waiting for downturns in cryptocurrency. For all of the positive news that comes to crypto goes unpublished and blind to mainstream media. The media is the main FUD.

Suppose that you make 200 USD/month, and you work HARD, VERY HARD for other 200 USD/month. Suppose you have the chance to have 1 million dollars buying bitcoin. What would you do?

I was once in a very difficult situation 20 years ago. I was working in the Army. And a priest came to me and told me the following: you have to understand that in this world there are good poeple and bad poeple.

Some of these poeple write bad news about bitcoin, and try to buy itat the lowest possible price. This is why you read these articles about bitcoin.

The bitcoin price will start to go up in 2019-2020.

I don't really believe in some articles that say "bitcoin is dead" because it will cause panic, and many feel disappointed, so they have to do their own research, and they must understand that the article is not fully trusted.
It should be noted that almost many sites say that bitcoin is dead, I think their article is very crazy,

People like to pray on the weak. It's in our nature. Those who are spreading FUD now are trying to say "i told you so" and at the same time release the anger that grew in them when Bitcoin was going up and believers were effortlessly making money. Now it's time for all those grumpy old farts to come out of the woodwork and have their fun.
I don't care. I'm in this game for years and I don't feel like selling before we hit another ATH.

I think it goes to both sides, maybe the journalism today is about who can appeal to the largest audience, regardless of relevance and many times even ethics, so they go with what is happening at the moment, but to the extreme, so happened in December last year, also the FOMO was immense and that's why the initial bubble was created.

I've made posts showcasing how it was predicted month ago that the media would come back with their usual "downwards spiral due miners leaving all at once" bullshit, and I have found good articles debunking said bullshit:

https://twitter.com/matt_odell/status/1006968132001517584

https://coinjournal.net/debunking-the-bitcoin-death-spiral-theory/amp/?__twitter_impression=true

And I've also found Andreas Antonopolous made a good video on this too:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S3U-4Orqq8Y

Share these so correct noobs from falling for FUDster propaganda.

Today it is the TRP that media is running behind and what draws how many audiences they tilt the story accordingly and present so that people get scare and start watching their channel to keep on getting the update and they can earn good revenues through the advertisement . This is purely marketing tactics they use it.

FUD like that we should stop sharing, because it can make things worse, the big media is only selling news so that those of us who are involved in the crypto business themselves are affected. So it's better to be quiet and not need to panic if there is a FUD like that, no need to help big media to sell their news

I second your opinion. Because I don't see any other apparent reason for such news. It's true that people are concerned and they are trying to gather as much as information that they can. So here comes the big media houses with paid SEO consultants, trying to get major portion of that traffic. Marketing tactics only - well executed as per the plan!

Agreed on you, sound like they are suck puppets of the whales or those big investors trying to manipulate the market price. As a marketing strategy, they spread FUD news on Bitcoin so that small and weak investors easily got panic and sell their crypto asset during this bloodbath market. Media writers can be paid by those who want to manipulate the market price, highly recommend choosing those having reputable in broadcasting news you take action on what is the news.

Very apt, journalists are wont to go for the controversial topics and present it in the most controversial manner in order to get higher engagements and ratings, even at the expense of quality reporting.
That said, it's an issue that has existed for quite along time, and every investor should be learnered on how to discern quality and fraudulent reports.
