It looks like your account is not blocked or locked,its just banned for some reason.From FrankNoland BPIP you are autobanned so it maybe due to plagirism I think.So even if you are the real owner you are not going to get your banned account.

He is surely the hacker...I am assuming that you are one who hacked my account, as well as my cooper member and here you act innocent. This forum should do something about you.

Well I think you should run a plagiarism check first on the account in question.

That is one of the major reasons and also clarify that you are the legit owner of the account
