Do you think i can hold my coins for a year am not rich i just want to be rich that why i keep investing in cryptocurrency i can't hold for a year i need money.

Nobody knows exactly.
What I think is market will continue the same trend for few more years just like it was in 2014. But one thing for sure, 90% of the alts will die. So do some research and hold useful alts.

I am just doing the most to maximise my acquisitions of projects I believe will hold long term value. To the best of my ability, I will try and dollar-cost average and hold for the best.

If you can't afford to sell out then you don't really have any options left but to hodl.

you are very right because if we only hold altcoin that don't have a future it will be very risky and for that after we sell all altcoins, we must choose carefully so we don't lose more money

Indeed, now that we do only hold the coins we have, seeing the value and development of the market still looks sad. So for this matter to still survive and save it, there is no need to rush to throw it away because it does have good potential.

I don't disagree because I think the best thing that I can do for now is to hold my altcoins even though it could take some time for it to recover but still until the time that the cryptos recovers, I won't sell my altcoins.

Well if we trying to recover our loss, the thing that we need to do is not only hold and waiting, we should buy more token/coin that we bought earlier if the price was keep dropping day by day. It will definitely help us to recover if the price starting moving up.

90% ?  Awts thats too much  . i know there are many altcoins and some are bad but the majority of them are still good .  i guess only 30 to 40 percent will die and they are the bad coins . that is good because we can now totally get rid of them .

@felic43 thats right men , the best thing you can do for now is continue hodling and investing because the market is still in bad condition  . you need to work hard for your dreams because its not easy to become rich

If you haven't already sold your ALTs simply hold if your project is decent. If the project has no future sell and buy into a decent project. This is all you can do to recover your loss without putting in more money. It will probably take a couple of years to recover your loss!

Some ALTs will never recover from this crash!

I have been in the cryptocurrency world for quite a long time, and here I constantly have to wait for something.Selling unnecessary altcoins where there is a guarantee that the next altcoin also will not become unnecessary?At the moment I do not buy or sell anything.I am waiting for at least some changes in the industry.

I will hold token for  few years if its value is too low and I invest with small money. But it is too hard because no one can against the attractiveness of profit

Yes, just hold for a some years and as a result you will be really glas seeing high return on investment. You will hold your alts and some of them will show 10x growth and even more!

Almost all tokens that I presently holding are still worthless and some of them need several months before the developers list them in some exchanges. I'm planning to hold only those altcoins that have the potential to grow in the future but it really hard find which coin has the potential. Bearish market might continue to dominate trading but there is a hope for better prices in the next quarters of this year.

Holding will always help us to make some decent profit but we don't know how long it is going to take but long term more than 5 years will always help you to make some decent profit. So always try to check potential coins and start holding them for long term.

Yes, I am going to hold some altcoins like Ontology, ethereum and BNB for years, because I see potential of those coins. Also I am a fan of Vite. Recently I've participated in bounty and I studied project closely, now I am going to invest

We hold altcoin for more a year, and we still hold until now. But it will end, and soon we will see the price increase, so we don't have to hold that coin again, and we can move to the other coins. But for bitcoin, I think it is better to hold for a few years because the bitcoin price can increase higher and we don't know how much the price will increase. Many of us desperate because of the market hard to increase but when the time comes, the bull market will come, you don't need to worry.

There are some altcoins i cannot just risk holding, because i know they will cause more loss than gain.
It is possible you are able to identify them and if you can't, the easiest way to do that is by having a close communication with the team. It might be on telegram and you would see people who can ask them questions.
If they are not open on their answers, it is an indication you should just leave, because it can be quite risky.
