I believe its advisable to rather have an investment plan than just hodling your altcoins. In as much that the project is decent doesn't guarantee that the price of the coin will increase. What if the project presents a stable coin like USDT? The best option is to have an investment plan and strategy to help minimize your risk of losing money.

I agree, my portfolio consists of a set of coins, in which I invested 2017 and earned in 2018, but trading them is not profitable at all, the cost incurs heavy losses, it makes no sense to sell now, and perhaps over time any coin will generate income, and it will be great if it pays for all the previous investments and work done.

well, i experienced that. holding the coin too long so that it was delisted from the exchanger, and that made me lose. however, it is different if the coin has potential. there are some coins that I have saved for several years. even though the price is not as high as 2017, I think the potential is still there.

well, i experienced that. holding the coin too long so that it was delisted from the exchanger, and that made me lose. however, it is different if the coin has potential. there are some coins that I have saved for several years. even though the price is not as high as 2017, I think the potential is still there.

Little-known, low-volume altcoins are always risky to buy and hold. Short-term holding is more suitable and reliable in this case. It's better to depend on coins from top-10 to save your deposit.

The advantages of hodl is when low cost coin are being hodl in your wallet, there would be a possibility and a chance that it would increase into verybhigh positive percentage. So, if you cannot sold it in low cost price, its better for you to hodl it and sell it in a profitable time.

As a bounty hunter, I started to do this and yeah same as others I am still hoping for my Altcoins to skyrocket. I know that we are all hopeful with our Altcoin holdings but if we will put some patience with them I think we will be having a good harvest in the near future. Holding Altcoins for long term purposes is promising as long as the project we're in has potential. Free coins  from bounties once gave me thousands of dollars way back 2018 and I want it to happen again.

I think what we should bear in a very long time is the market value of a certain cryptocurrency. Knowing that a coin has the potential is the best factor to consider. Because through that, even in a shorter time, we can earn a good profit if we know exactly the market value of the crypto.
