Need help sorting forums posts

This forums posts are sorted with the posts with the latest comments at the top and the ones with the oldest comments at the bottom but am trying to find how to make the newly created topics to appear first and not the ones with the latest comments

Well, I dont think that you can sort the forum the way you want to. The only sortable column is "Last Post", but this does exactly what the column title says ... sorting by the last post created.

When ever a topic is Freshly drop before any other topic it comes before any other post only the pinned post is above it

But if any actives happens on any other post or a post is dropped then it goes below them and can only rose after it get any actives

You can sort by latest reply/quote and/or latest topic. To see latest quote/reply just open the board example: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=39.0. To sort latest topic first open the boards then place ;sort=first_post;desc at the end of the board. Example: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=39.0;sort=first_post;desc
