About escrow i can't use cause i need to collect money and pay gridseed.

"I will buy 100 units by myself, so min. 100 units. to reach the goal, max 400."

Other 45 units are reserved by some friends.

You front it of course. That's the point of escrow, to take away the risk from the buyer.

Escrow would be great but i get your money issues and i saw into differents gb and no one use it in "not in stock" group buys.
