DigitalRupees has been take-over and is being rebranded as Rupees the new ticker will be RS

The total supply of DRS today according to CMC is 510,802,961 DRS https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/digital-rupees/

This supply is not sustainable so we will reduce the total supply to 8.2M and will be swapping old DRS to a ratio of 10000:1

The total premine of the new chain will be 102,000 RS which will include 52,000 RS for coinswap and the remaining will be used for development.

The project was abandoned by the original dev over fears of a crypto ban in Pakistan.
We are taking over the project regardless of that, crypto currencies are supposed to free people!
