Tagging won't stop them from shilling the same sites,most of them were newbies so they don't even care about their trust ratings as well.Why mods didn't nuke those accounts which are clearly spamming the forum with vegascasino.
Tagging won't stop them but other users will aware about this that they are promoting scam/untrustworthy website. I think moderators will handle it if someone already reported it same like first user on OP. Even we can't stop spammer/scammer but we can save others users from it by tagging. At least its temporary solution in my opinions.
