One way to take advantage is doing short tradings. One example is that if you bought at least 1 BTC when the price is like $3600-$3800 and waited for a couple of days to go to $4300 then you can easily sell them off. That is if you're willing to take that risk.

As for waking the bulls, only way to wake them up is that if we're going to hear very positive news to sway investors to suddenly pour their cash on the market again, sadly though, we might not hear those kind of news this year, perhaps a BAKKT going live or Bitcoin ETF being approved by SEC will be enough catalyst to wake up and hear the herd to start their massive run again.

If you want to take advantage of bear market by buying and selling at regular intervals it may give profits for you but for the bitcoin it can make the conditions to get worse so all you need to do to bring the bull run here by holding the cryptos as much as you can and start spreading positive thigs about cryptos from here to the world people and make new investors for cryptos.

market has slightly improved and moved up to 3500$ which was below 3300$ till yesterday. This could be the turning point in coming days if market slowly and steadily keep moving up from here then soon we can expect some bull run might happen and this would be a great chance to make money if you stay invested in this market.

I don't think anything much improved now since the market keeps swinging at this particular range for too long.

You can not make profits if you rely on expectations and hopes, if this is your plan, you will definitely lose.
Instead of waiting for the market to recover, you can make a profit at any time. I think we found a bottom at $ 3400 so if you're ready to lose $ 500 you can buy and stop losses when the price falls below $ 3,000.

Do not gamble and buy any altcoins unless you are sure of the project you support.

I think coin prices will dip more before the end of the year, I'm hoping to see BTC go under $3000, which will trigger a wave of despair that results in more coin selloffs, further crashing prices.

If I were actively looking for opportunities the only ones I'd be considering would be angled toward growth a couple of years down the line. Scalpers will be out in force trying to push prices all over the shop as everyone's so jittery, and the more obvious the move the more likely they are to try and rape it or try to take it in the opposite direction to expectations.

Didn't understand the context but generally, yes people can get a small profit even out of the bearish market. I managed to get profits from other alts.

Yes mostly on alts since btc is always on hodl purposes.

Not just because Im expecting a growth in the near future but some of the alts Im playing shows some spectacular price movement even with the bearish trend on which I able to take advantage of the price swing. Bad market doesn't mean that I will not continue my usual way of doing trading.

You can make a profit by short selling Bitcoin but it's risky because you don't know when the price would stop. I haven't bought any coins recently because i'm currently holding some in my wallet and I don't have any plans to invest(for now). I still think the price could go down even further but it doesn't matter for any long term investor that bought this past month.

To answer your question on the title you need to be a whale to start a bear/bull run. The more money you have the more orders you can clear then the others will quickly react to the price change..

With the fall in market value it would be better to buy more, but if we already have it and are disappointed with this situation then I think we only need to wait and be patient, because after all if we sell it at this time we will definitely lose. Making use of a moment like this is actually just buying but if you still believe the crypto market will recover later, but if you are not sure of buying in a situation like this then I think it will only make you continue to worry.

Yes, it seems he is mistaking bulls and bears as these are already in heavy actions right now. When they are in action, how to wake up them, lol.

I never suggest to go for short-term trading rather I am always suggesting to go for buying at dips. The current situation of this market is very good opportunity for the people who prefer to invest some small amount which may become very big in coming years. All they need to do right now is, buying with the very small amount right now and then waiting for another dip to happen. If anything like that is not happening then they must be happy with their current holding. This is one simple way to make use of every dips.

So again, we are moving further away and it means that bull won't show up this year. So it going to be mentality tough for everyone to stay in the market and wait for the bulls to come. You really got the best rates at present because if tomorrow suddenly market wakes up or start rising then you would really make the good profits as altcoins being dumped badly and they would eventually recover the quickest.
