Ok ... found 5 blocks according to output, yet conf's taking forever?

So we have a little pool setup ... pushing about 70m/hash to FTC ... the backend showing this:

but that's after about 6 hours ...

So my questions are:

1) Does a pool total M/hash matter when trying to validate creation of blocks if found?

2) Shouldn't I be able to see these on the ledger somewhere for FTC ... I have checked the explorer and cant pull up the history.
