It's not just Ethereum but the whole market has been declining which is quite ironic considering Charlie Lee suggested that Litecoin could get as cheap as $20 at the end of last year when the market was at its peak and this has almost become a reality now so it's a very uncertain time but the dumping won't go on forever

At the moment the ethereum is at 95 dollar market value, in the early 2017 I think it is much lower, then if ETH still goes low continuously, then we should hope there's an action that Vitalik can do to it to regain its market value.
