How can I stop thinking about Cryptocurrency so much

I didn't think about Cryptocurrency as much last year, but now that the prices have dropped so much I think about it more often to the point that it has become the most frequent subject on my mind and I'd rather stop thinking about it so much.

If your holding a tokens and the prices is experience losses you cannot aware to mind it because that is your profit,but try don't always check your portfolio and ignore the market and also try to find other way to get a income and always think positive.

Do not worry too much about the bitcoin price drops, all of which will come back to the fullest. You need to change your mind to something else that you might be wondering if you are going to get sick anymore. bitcoin will rise again and again it will definitely be much fun and many will come back to invest.

If what happens to you begins to look like some form of psihological disorder, then most likely the way it is, in this case it is better to contact a psychotherapist that he give you some sedatives preparates in order to get rid of it. No need to take it too lightly. You can get a serious mental disorder if you do not take some action on right time.

That is the problem of most investors right now. Especially for those people who are in here and doesn't have a job. They don't have anything to think to but this and it will drive them crazy.

This is a very serious problem though, it's not easy to keep mind out of crypto especially if you have much money in it going down on a daily basis. I think about it everyday too, but maybe not as much as you. Basically, find other things yo occupy your time with, just see crypto as a lifetime investment that you reap in the long run. As an investor you should be ready for instances like this... Well if you really want to stop thinking about cryptocurrency you only have 3 choices:

1. Accept that you lose - Sometimes in investment it's much better to cut your losses rather than to wait on something that you're not sure about just like the rise of the bitcoins price. This is good in order to avoid further losses.
2. Spend It - Spend it while it has a worth, well just think of it that soon its price maybe worthless right?
3. Set an alarm to next year around mid year and start forgetting that you have a coins and once your alarm rang check if you earn something.

Every btc investor could somehow had the same feeling about cryptocurrency particularly if you had crypto investments wherein you are checking the status of the market from time to time within the day. I think it is just a normal feeling or reaction since you are partly confused so much with it. I think, you'll just have to rest for a while and don't worry too much with your investment since I do believe, crypto  market will recover soon.

Don't stop thinking about cryptocurrency, after all your life is tied to cryptocurrency. If cryptocurrency didn't come, you will not do something meaningful with your life. This also points to the fact that you are obsessed with making money and you feel that money and the things it can buy for you is life.
Ask Steve Jobs and Michael Jackson and Howard Hughes where all the money they made is now kept.

yes, last year is victory for BTC, because BTC achieved a very high value in history. we will always remember that history. and we will never forget that victory.

Do you really want to forget about crypto for a while? It's easy, I did that in the last bear market when the price fell below $300. I thought Bitcoin is going nowhere and it will take years before it goes back to $1000 which as the ATH back then. I started thinking of new ways to make money, started working construction, remodelled my apartment and rented it out, got busy with life. Don't worry about BTC it will go back to bull market in a year or two.

I'm experiencing the same as well. As I lose more money because of the bear market, I think more of crypto everyday. Maybe I am in fear of losing a lot more. I haven't given up and its making me suffer since I am not gaining any profit. Maybe I am a bit paranoid that I will miss the next price increase and constantly checking if there are changes on price.

never open crypto again and drag all your assets there then use your money for other businesses. the bear market is our situation as investors are disappointed by circumstances that are not supported by price developments and I know that feeling, makes us frustrated in this world but that is experience. try and keep trying

You did not mentioned how much money have you lost in this bear period if it is a huge amount I will feel the same way and if I am still holding those coins that are now way to lower than when I first bought it, I will keep on thinking when will I recover my investment, so try to talk to a friend and ask for a good advice or keep yourself busy.
