I also see confidence in the ICO starting to fade because too many ICOs are scam and usually they lose prices after being registered on the market, but even so there will always be ICOs that have good potential

Thats impossible . ico's will never fade .  cant you see the number of ico's today ? They are still big and growing right ?  market situation and scam issues cant take them down  .  even people are aware with those factors , they will still jump in into an ico because they are still hopping that they can earn huge returns whenever the market returns to normal .

ICO future will be very good 2019 as most of the country will have implemented the rules and regulation on ICO, after that their wont be much scam ICO as they have to give all details before starting their ICO so it will be very good security for investors also.

Regardless of the price, if the ICO quality appears below average and tends not to have a project plan that does not match what was written from the start, the condition will be the same as now, the total ICO that appears and is not balanced with good market reaction will not make the project succeed,

Market conditions are not too influential if the developer is able to make prices rise again when a dump occurs. they have a coin allocation that is able to keep close to the value of at least the initial ICO per coin, market conditions are not the right reference because investors will remain loyal if the developer is able to provide things that make them comfortable being holders of the coin development.

I know it's hard to believe again if we loss so much,  a lot of people fails as the market dumps surprisingly. Though it happens again and again but I'll still believe that we might have a good trend next year,  a big opposite of what we have now.  We just shot another chance and see were it goes within half year.

Personally, I have lost hope in ICO investments. ICOs do dump their tokens before they are distributed to the investor so it is better to wait for the tokens to be listed on an exchange an then we go in and buy the dumped tokens. It is very pathetic to see your investment being crashed by a group of people who are manipulating the price on the exchanges because they(project owners) hold the majority of those coins

For next as investor we must pick ICO really carefully because 2018 ICOs not really good when it is already over, although reach hardcap not really affect for it success rate in market. I think 2019 wouldn't be good time for ICO again

Even though many ICOs will be appearing in 2019, I doubt most of them will not find success as people started to avoid investing in ICOs. Because, in 2018 lots of people had lost their investment due to ICOs. That must be very big lesson for many people so I'm not sure they will come again to risk their capital with ICOs.

There’s still a great chance for ICO to comeback in 2019, and for sure they will succeed again because many investors will comeback and go buy good ICO to enjoy new technologies and be part of that project. I agree, as blockchain technology is becoming widely adopted, and even government agencies have started to adopt blockchain-based solutions to provide better solutions to the masses, more and more start-ups and even big businesses will embrace ICO as the means to raise funds.

- Most investors hope that ico's future this year will have more changes and developments than last year because in 2018, the ICO field was too bad and made all investors frustrated and lost, it was a huge shock to their psychology, and if things still didn't change in 2019, they would have to give up this field, and this problem would have a big impact on crypto. There are large number of ICO's but mostly they were failure to reach their target sell and public confidence in ICO's were decrease because scam ICO's are increasing rapidly and in this year i think the situations will not really better that lack of investors will still dominated upcoming ICO's
