I heard from.my friend thats ICO will replace by STO security token offering, coin offer thats look like security and regulated on country, legalized and etc..this is good news and protect from scam..

I have heard it too but in my opinion, both has really no difference at all. But people wanted to see some security with their investment and STO's are likely to replace ICOs in the future.

But still people were investing on the new projects but the value is less when compared to the 2017 because the prices almost fell 10 times so the funds raised is almost lesser than now literally.But investors need to learn about the evaluation of projects to stay away from fake projects or they will keep coming and hurting the crypto currency market.
