Considering his time in the KGB I'd be shocked if Putin wasn't a murderer, too.

Sure but to be honest we could probably question this from any military profession anywhere. If people saw combat somewhere, then there's a chance they may have killed someone.

There are many world leader in the word that they are able to avoid legal proceedings somehow even if it cost collapse of democracy. They do not care its cost to their countries they only care about their seat and the money they make..

Can you embarrass yourself anymore than you already have?

Russia has been doping athletes since before Putin was born. Guess what so has the the US and whatever third world country you're from. This is hardly anything worth talking about or trying to discredit a president over sport. Why not blame Bill Clinton for the Neil Armstrong psyop, if you haven't notice that loser disappeared for a reason and it wasn't because of cancer.

The deadline for the admission of experts to the Moscow doping control laboratory is approaching. It seems that Putin will not allow experts to be allowed into the laboratory until December 31, which means, firstly, admitting the state’s guilt on mass athletes' doping, and secondly, international competitions are finally closed to Russian athletes.
